I was working at the store and left my lunch bag that I just got from Orlando. Someone came in said they lost a bag and clerk gave it to her without checking. It was 40 dollars. My prescription glasses were in the bag too

This station allows their employee’s MOTHER come into the station and threaten other employees and customers. Said employee still works there and gets to intimidate me and threaten me when I come in there. The managers wants to continue to let this person work there so I will no longer be using this gas station! I will drive 20 minutes away before I step foot in this gas station ever again! The management at this gas station needs to DO BETTER!!!!!

4/1/24 1:30. My 2nd encounter with the female clerk on ( person of color, significant accent). ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST CONVENIENCE STORE CLERK I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

HER: I don’t feel like talking to you.

I stopped in this morning on my way to work, I attempted to get a mountain dew but the syrup was out. I let the woman working know, she was watching videos on her phone behind the register so I had to get her attention. I let her know it was out, and she said she wasn't able to do it because she was the only one working, it was busy, and the box was to heavy for her to manage on her own.First off, if it was to busy for her to be able to take care of the store and run the register you should staff more employees during busy hours...Second, if she was so busy and short staffed, why was she on her cell phone?This has been a daily stop for me for a while and I often see this woman basically ignoring customers which should be addressed. The self check out does not take the place of a real human, especially when people are coming in for cigarettes or lotto.... For the self checkout line to have more than two customers in line while she ignores them is ridiculous. People stopping in on their way to work at 5-7 am do NOT have time to waste, and those on their way home from a grave yard shift definitely shouldn't be made to wait.

So I just want to say this place is so unprofessional I walk in and it has a HORRIBLE smell!!!! I look over to see the cashier with NO SHOES ON!!! I know that a** stank for the whole store to have stink smell.

It was very dirty. Dirt water everywhere and when my mom and I stepped on it to check on something the cashier was Very rude she got mad at us for stepping on the water and my mom was very professional but the cashier was even talking about us with another customer 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
