Today I was here at this store and I saw and heard how one person guy that works there doesn't have manners and respect we had a problem but he gave us a expliction but kid of rude,there was onother lady my respect for he but I don't recommend coming here no more cricket it just not what it us to be. Thinking to move to onother service that would be more respectful. Date May/26/2025 time around 1.00pm.

Cricket Service is a JOKE???YALL COULD DO BETTER. I mean I get the manager says he ain't a racist.
Yo I thought my apology was accepted wen just the other day I came in an apology for my behavior on another occasion. So me an my dog Jellybean thought all was good ...Wen all of a sudden he gets all out and rambunctious and starts talking crazy and being real mean and kicked me and my dog out WOW!!!

Me and my boyfriend went and paid our phone bill, which was $164. When we got home, our bill still wasn't paid, so we called to find out why. The employee on the phone told us the payment was never received, even though we were in there about an hour ago and paid cash, in person. We asked to speak to the manager, and the employee on the phone claimed she was the manager and that she could do nothing about it. The employee stole our money and they are saying nothing can be done about it and won't let us speak to the owner, no matter how many times we go up there or contact them.

I went to cricket wireless today and had Yisel help me. She was very knowledgeable about everything and was so professional. I am so glad she was there to help me. I feel she did a amazing job and I feel peace of mind. Thanks for having her working for Cricket.
