I entered the bank and everyone is talking and speaking to each (one client) was in the bank so While waiting to have a notary completed i asked the teller and she stated that the bankers would have to complete it. I sat down and the bankers never acknowledged, spoke, or greeted me to say it will be a moment or whatever. She did find the time to continue helping one particular gentleman and even when he left reentered and left and reenter she ensured he was taken care of meanwhile I'm still waiting for a greeting. I understand so in a few weeks I will close my account and move my business elsewhere. If I'm not wanted then my finances aren't wanted either. S/n.... still waiting and she is still ensuring the other gentleman is served and check the cameras at 2pm until still no interaction 😒

I love the bank .They stand behind your money right away I've had 2 mishaps with ATM at night. One time machine didn't dispense the proper amount of money. The machine still owed me 60.00 there was no way to prove that one becuz its not human and it was weekend . Machine still gave recept

This bank will not report fraud when requested they tell you u have to wait for it to post and then dispute the charge when u try to report it's a nightmare over draft fees hit the bank on all of it . I have tried for weeks now and still not excepting . I did contact the merchant and advised this was fraud and they even reported it to there fraud dept and refunded but the bank still refuses to refund overdraft fees

Beware of the ATM at this branch. It took my USAA debit card and apparently shredded it. Went inside to ask what happened and this was the response I received from the teller. No reasoning just simply it shredded your card with no explanation whatsoever. Thanks for completely screwing up my banking Fith Third Bank.

If you have a question or problem their customer service is a call center in the Philippines. You can not understand a word they are saying. No help at all. If you want somebody in the Philippines to have your social security number, address, phone number, and all the rest of your personal information, this is the bank for you.

We've been working with this branch for 4 years now. Everyone there is extremely friendly and personable. They all go above and beyond and are always there to assist in any way needed. We've had nothing but great experiences with this location.

They need a new bank teller who doesn't hate her job. Nobody wants to be around that kind of bad energy.
