I donated several boxes/bin of books, new toys, household items, DVD’s CD’s & cassettes. Upon returning home I realized that one of the cassettes had fallen out of the box. This was a 12 cassette set of religious material. The store was now closed for the day. I immediately called the store in less than 24 hours to let them know of the situation and that I would bring the cassette so that the customer would have the entire set. Well, they informed me that yes, they recalled the box, but “trashed it”;stating that they don’t keep cassettes. I voiced my concern about that telling them I could’ve given it to someone who really wanted it. Now, it
makes me wonder what else are they trashing at their will. This in my opinion was not “Good” Will. I won’t be donating anything never ever again to this organization. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Felt like the store could use a bigger space so that people can go down aisles without 1 person taking up the whole rack.

Any Item in store is $4.98 or HIGHeR. These items are used please reconsider the selling prices of old items. Highly used chairs and tables shouldn't be 30-60$. I can buy a new one for that price. Smfh.

Goodwill has a good selection of items and surprisingly not too anfractuous. Although the prices are a tad overpriced.

Have taken several things to goodwill. Had beautiful palm tree queen size comforter with pillows. Told her it had been freshly washed because my cat had laid on it briefly. Said it would not be sellable if a cat had ever sat on it
