Went later in evening, store was clean, but as I'm walking through isles not once did an employee ask if I needed any help or acknowledge me, kinds rubbed me the wrong way, I think of home depot as being a helpful place, but not then, I think with today's options on buying items customer service should be a high priority for stores,

HomeDepot is about as good as it gets compared to other home centers. They do their best to serve the customer. No real complaints. I have been shopping at HD and others for decades and know what to expect.

The only good thing about this Home Depot is Max in the paint department. He is courteous and so helpful. The cashiers up front are standing around on their phones, goofing out and customers have no choice but to use self checkout, zero customer service.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Home Depot! Dwayne in the Nursery was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Jasmine or Jazmine in Customer Service was professional and knowledgeable. Both employees went above what was expected to help, as I had many questions! Both employees provided excellent customer service.

Typical, older style home depot with some shopping carts that should be retired and cluttered aisles making navigation when busy difficult. Most lines are self check out and credit card only. They tend to have most things in stock when I visit, and the selection is pretty good. Takes a while to figure out where everything is located (moving boxes are in the far back left).

The lady "in charge" if that's what you want to call it of the garden department seems to micromanage instead of actually do work. I was running around trying to get assistance because nobody was in site. Horrible service and manners. We walked right out and went to lowe's. will drive anywhere to avoid this home depot.

Went in store to purchase some light bulbs. After no associates help to find bulbs I wanted. Went to find a cashier to purchase. No cashier available Only self checkout. 4 cashiers standing around watching self checkout and not 1 regular cashier lane open. Won't be Back!

"Shout out to Peggy"! About one week ago my husband and I had to purchase a pallet of concrete. We were helped by the nicest cashier yet. Peggy made sure someone got to us in a timely manner and safe one. As they loaded our vehicle Peggy kept me company. She chatted about how she enjoys her job and how she is going on 8 years with the company. She even mentioned how hard it can get to work with some health issues that she has been battling. But she thrives her best to make it to work when scheduled. Even during today's visit there was Peggy again with a smile on and wonderful energy. Peggy gets a A++ in our book. Very good asset to the company. Keep up the great work Peggy.

If you're the store manager that reads this review, please ensure you have the correct quantity of items for certain products in your store. This is literally my second time in your store for two weeks, and you don't have any of the items I came there for. The Home Depot website for this specific location (Sun City Center), shows that there are X amount of the product in stock. When I get to the store, there's nothing there. Trust me, I went to the correct location and matched the product SKU with the product tag at the location of the product. I understand you're not able to keep track of all the quantity of the items in your store, but something needs to happen. Because it's becoming a nuisance at this point. Thank you.
