Careless and unsupervised technicians. I was charged nearly $13,000 at Jordan Performance, majority of the money was spent on labor to R&R a motor. Owner was extremely difficult to get in touch with , had to to reach out numerous times for updates and absolutely no pictures were sent of the progress . Truck was picked up after the work was completed and owner said it was ready for tuning . Dropped it off to another shop and was found that various nuts , bolts , fasteners were completely MISSING and or hand tight , one of which were bolts completely missing from the coolant crossovers causing coolant to leak out . Truck bed had extensive damage to bottom from improperly lowering cab back onto frame . I sent owner countless pictures and videos of everything and he took no accountability. I have an email from him saying .”if it makes me feel any better I fired the technician that worked on your truck “. I was over billed , prices changed without my authorization and owner was not a pleasant guy to work with at all. The new shop I took the truck to was organized and responsive, sent photos and kept me up to date with the progress like it should be. Terrible experience for me.Services: Electrical repair

Went from a troll to the owner rewriting his comment. Maybe treat customers who ask questions like a professional.Being nice goes a long way.My issue is my neighbor went in a couple weeks ago and yall treated him horribly.I since than stopped in and when you don't say hi to a potential customer and wait for them to say hi first, than answer the question they have like they are a waste of your time that speaks volumes.I myself am glad I did not do business here even though what I wanted in yalls words is "basically a waste of your time" so to speak. Just figure out how to say no to someone without acting disrespectful. I pass your shop alot on my harleys with my friends and my ford vehicles and thought wow what a cool place until now I seen how questions are addressed.

Took my vehicle here to have it tuned up from a previously poorly installed tune with new parts. This shop is a game changer for Mustangs and automotive experience in general. Works fast, diligently and has ton of knowledge and can answers all your questions and make sure you are taken care of! Worth every dollar. Highly recommended.

Justin is brilliant. Not only does he transform your car/ truck into a rocket ship, but he also takes the time to teach you about your new aftermarket vehicle. He turned my F-150 into a supercharged beast with over 630 HP to the wheels!!!! As well as rebuilding my transmission to handle the power. If you're looking for performance builds on your 5.0L coyote look nowhere else... this shop is the real deal.
