“Many kudos to Angela, at the ATT store on Big Bend, Riverview. I needed a new phone and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in meeting my objective. We arrived early and maybe 15 minutes after we were in the store, about 5-6 other customers walked in. Unfortunately, she was the only one there. Most people understood that, but there's always that one person. Angela was very professional, greeted each person as they came in, explained she'd get with each of them as soon as possible. She assured them someone was in route. She applied the screen covers to 2 phones and began the transfer process. I asked how long it would take, she said about 30-45 minutes. I asked to leave them, so she could help someone else. She said ok. We left, so grouchy lady could get serviced and returned about 2p.m. She was still greeting with a smile and totally professional and courteous. The other person had arrived and there were no more customers. Her coolness under stress is commendable! She is meticulous with her work and I appreciate that. Everything was ready to go. I look forward to seeing her again. It was truly the easiest purchase, transfer, and time i have ever had purchasing a new phone. Many thanks and kudos to Angela!”

“While the staff was friendly and helpful, I was told they would charge me to migrate data to my new phone. I said I would do it myself using the Samsung Smart Switch app and was told they charge the $40 no matter what. I think that is very dishonest and fleecing the customer out of $40. I could have saved $40 by having the phone shipped to the house and avoided going to the physical store. I won't be doing that again. Everything else about my visit was good, but that extra charge left a sour taste in my mouth.
EDIT: Management reached out and offered to refund the $40. I upgraded to 4 star. It would have been a 5 star had I not had to reach out.”
