Terrible manners here the small young light skin Cuban girl is rude I had the day off to get my testing and forgot my debit,she wouldn’t go through with my test sent me away and said go to the one on Walmart I tried to pay it on line but she wouldn’t let me.

If there was an option for zero stars you would receive a Zero! This is the second time I’ve come to this Quest “kiosk check yourself in” location.There are no check in clerks.No one to speak to before you get called in to go over your lab orders.They have the phlebotomist check you in and go over your ID and the lab order.If there’s anything missing on your lab orders, the phlebotomist doesn’t call your doctors office to electronically send them a corrected order. He told me to go back to my doctors office and get the situation resolved.I called my doctors office and she told me “they could’ve called and we would’ve sent them the corrected lab order.”If they had a check in clerk, the clerk could’ve made the simple phone call and received the updated order BEFORE the phlebotomist called me in, if they had had a clerk.Even the phlebotomist could’ve made the call instead of sending the patient on a wild goose chase to get another lab order.I went in again today, and this phlebotomist is sick, has a mask on but clearly sniffing and eyes watery so her health is compromised, yet she tries to look up the order and guess what?She can’t find it.Apparently, the system was slow in loading the MANY orders on there.Eventually , the system sent her a notice saying it was unable to load the orders.I fasted twice to get these labs done for my upcoming appointment and had to leave again without having my labs done due to Quests incompetent way of running a lab clinic!In this technological day and age it’s absurd that Quest lab company can be penny pinching on necessary staff members that help the functionality of such a business!Quest is all about saving money and cutting corners. Not patient care.Which by the way, if it weren’t for patients you wouldn’t BE in business!Disgraceful! Stay away from this place unless you want to waste valuable time.

Your staff are the only star you get. This is twice ive brought my daughter in that either we made an appointment and had to sit over half an hour and the 2nd time....this time it appears youve lost her labs. I spent 15 minutes in chat to finally get a person who chat who cant help me and instructed me to call a specific phone number. Ive now been on hold for over 20 minutes...all of this due to your incompetent and inconsiderate customer service.

The nurses are not good for serving the public, they are repellent, hateful, and incompetent. I went alone to get some information and I left without the information and a displeasure.

Louwana is an asset to your team. I told her needles make me anxious. She talked to me to calm me down and even gave me her pink pen when I said pink is my favorite color. Please give her positive recognition.

3 visits in the last 2 years and 2 were perfect with a clean building and pleasant and helpful people. The 3rd visit I had an unhappy and miserable employee who insisted on making me miserable also. She took forever and really hurt me with the needle, even taking multiple times to find the blood vessel.

Easy appointment set-up online to include insurance verification. This site has kiosks for check-in so make sure you have your ID and insurance card ready to go since you'll have to scan them. Waited about 5 minutes after check-in to be called back and was on my way home in under 10 minutes. Would recommend for bloodwork.

Desiree was comforting and professional. After having a bad experience at the Quest Ellenton, FL location, I was a bit nervous. Her gentle smile and kind words calmed me in seconds. She took her time to find just the right location of my vein before sticking me and got it with one try. I’m so grateful for her.

3814 FL-674, Ruskin, FL 33573 Louwana was very helpful and kind . I was struggling to make appointment online and she helped as I am not good with online system. I really appreciated her help. If she won’t help me then I have to come back so she saved my time. I recommended this place just because of her. God bless her ?

My appointment was for 12:50 pm, I came in at about 10am and signed in, however, they said I had to wait for 12:50. I am fasting and I was called at 1:09 pm. The lobby doesn't have a toilet, and no office to talk to anyone. You have to wait until someone opens the door to talk to a staff member. This is ridiculous and not a pleasant place. I hope everyone writes a review since everyone is complaining. This is the worst place, very soon it will be out of business. You will not see me here any longer.

I've been going to Quest for years, and in multiple states. This facility is clean, like every one I've been to, and the staff are all excellent. Never had a bad experience.

The Phlebotomists are great! Professional, quick & courteous. And the location is very convenient. The outgoing is that they seem to frequently be short-handed, so having to wait 30 minutes for your pre-schedule appointment is not unusual. Just bring a book or read/play on your cellphone while waiting.

Worst facility. Please drive farther for another Quest. They told me 2hr waiting for a walk-in, and I was the only one on the waiting list.
