If you are in a hurry I do not recommend this store. Those two people who are working right now work as if they are not getting paid. Every time I come here I have to wait forever for my order.

Showed up at 5:59, and as I put my hand on the door the worker locked the door from inside. And said we're closed. I only wanted a quart of flat white. To damn lazy to make a small sale to me... I won't be back.

Uncooperative store staff that cares more about their bottom line than helping customers. Rejected an employee discount which I’ve had zero issue with at other locations in the Tampa area.

Been looking for paint for a while and couldn't make up our minds on exactly what we wanted. Decided to buy samples of the paint we wanted. We liked one of the colors so much we used it to cut in a bathroom. We went back and ordered the exact same color and started rolling. Different color than the sample by quite a bit. Was then told that the samples aren't meant for painting just trying to match which makes no friggin sense at all. Painted the bathroom in the color we almost liked. If the paint didn't cost half a child I would have reordered different paint but if they can't mix a sample to a gallon then the problem runs way deeper. Last time shopping here.

Poor customer service! Such a shame, I used to buy paint in this store because of helpfulness of employees… but will never be back.Went in today, the lady was extremely negative and was not willing to offer advice or help in anyway. She clearly did not want to be at work & couldn’t get rid of me fast enough!

Gave a three only because I had a good experience the first time I went in with this second time not so good. Walked in no one greeted me or said hello. Asked a question seemed rude one of the gentlemen. Literally no one in the store so it wasn't even busy. Not sure if a bad day but I definitely wouldn't go back to this particular store.
