I just got a storage unit inside the building a couple weeks ago. It's supposed to have ac and clearly it doesn't because it's hot in there. There's no one on site. Wife has been putting a lock on it and yesterday when I went there I realized you can still open it with the lock on because it missing a piece to lock it but again no one on site I tried to call and you talk to a AI so that's no help and when I do get ahold of a representative, they can never get ahold of the property manager every time.It's an excuse.It's been weeks still not resolved. I don't know which unit it's coming from but there's a foul smell inside of there like homeless people are living in there or a garbage can or whatever it is it's disgusting. They need to get it figured out because it's making my stuff stink and I can still smell it in my nose still after I leave. They need to do better or I will have to take my stuff somewhere else.

Was only late six days made a payment Monday loc is still on the unit but yet I paid for the unit and I can’t have access and when you call there’s never a management that’s local. You always get the call center’s number and all they do is try to reach out to the manager on site and they’re never available since this storage company has been taken over by NSA. What a complete bust. oh, and when corporate tries to reach out to the local management team, they never answer Boy. That’s a great job to work and get paid but never be available.

I have a storage unit and have talked to customer care 3 times because the code does not work. They said a manger would meet me there at 6 in the evening to help with this. He never showed up and a few weeks later I can still not get in. This is the worst place for getting any help!!!

My roomate scheduled two units for us- it was advertised that the first month was free- I received it but he did not. We called many times about their goof up but they said they could not process a refund so he could get his first month free as the transaction had already been processed- I would not recommend them and be careful that you make sure you get your first month free if it was advertised- they goofed up and did NOTHING to make it right!

This location is great!, easy access and the lighting is great. locks are Ultra safe built into the door the gate very secure. Clean and high up free from flooding

I’ve had many storage units but my stay here has been Great! Maggie is Professional and Very Warm person who works hard around the property and seems to truly Care about People. I’ll be here for years to come !!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with moving! I reserved and paid online on 1/30/23 my movers came the next day 1/31/23 we arrived at the storage and my gate access code did not work, I called customer service and was advised it was because I didn’t pay $13 for a lock, I had the rep to charge my card for a lock. We went back to the storage and my access code still did not work! The rep advised he had to email the property manager so she can contact me with the lock information this is all happening while I’m being charged $150 a hour by my movers! After a hour pass I call again to speak with a third representative and he was very nice and educated, he was able to provide me a temporary gate code! I don’t know why the previous reps told me I have to wait for a property manager to call me which cost me an additional $150 to pay my movers for sitting around!!! This will be my first and last time using your storage facility!

They are slow about some things like if you get your own insurance sometime during the lease. The big thing I didn’t like was rate hikes but the site itself is quite good and secure.

Omg, I never even saw anyone other then the maintenance man. Checked in at the kiosk after making a reservation. Out comes a lock, mind you this was all done after hours. Checked out on Saturday and gave them a call. Confirmation email with zero balance. There was not a single problem. Great experience ???
