“I had an art scavenger hunt for school due today and the women working there helped me A LOT! They even gave me other recommendations if I couldn’t find everything I needed there, fortunately I did. I didn’t get the name of the woman with the shoulder length hair and glasses, but she helped me find everything I needed on my list and more. I will definitely be returning (not for school purposes). Thank you!”
“I went here on a Monday to see the artwork, and was duly impressed. The atmosphere felt professional as well as comfortable, and they have a nice variety of pieces to choose from. Patti was both knowledgeable and friendly, and made me feel at ease. I’d recommend checking it out.”
“Absolutely AMAZING experience!
I made the cardinal sin of getting my (now ex) fiancé’s name tattooed on my arm and was having a full blown panic attack about getting it covered. Bob gave me ZERO shame for my tattoo and gave me a totally bad ass cover up that I LOVE! And he banged it out in less than an hour with precision ?
10/10 HIGHLY recommend. Great clean shop, clean lines, friendly and compassionate. Will def be back for more tatts here.”
“I had a light box made for my husband for his birthday. The whole process was wonderful from start to finish! Every meeting to discuss the design, or glass colors and textures made the finished product come to life in my mind! I was beyond happy with his gift! It truly captured him and his life in such a personal way. The artistry and expertise is of the highest quality. I was truly blessed to have found Katglass Studio! You won’t be disappointed with the work, professionalism, dedication, and care they put into the job they do.”
“After almost two years of taking Mr. Paul's classes, my children's art skills have exponentially improved due to his painstaking dedication to realizing the potential in his students.
Both Paul and his wife Dina are amazing.”

“This is a wonderful gallery and studio space! My partner and I came to visit a show reception here and were amazed by how many beautiful and interesting pieces were on display. We hadn’t realized that the space was there before but were so happy to have discovered it. There was something tucked into every corner to marvel at including a gorgeous permanent collection of miniatures. The artists and staff were all warm, welcoming, and friendly. It was so inspiring to see so many pieces of heartfelt local art and the artists behind them all in one lovely space.”
“Worked with Jimmy to secure a piece I saw Seven North Art had listed online. He was knowledgeable, kind and readily accessible by phone email and text (yes, we communicated across all three). Great to do business with him and look forward to grow my collection thanks to his help and the array of art he has access to. Excellent customer service.”
“After moving house, we recently had several pieces of art redone, from stretching a canvas to re-framing oil paintings to mounting several drawings behind glass. The team at My Favorite Art Place was amazing. They spent a lot of time and effort understanding our needs and our style, trying out different options, debating choices and making great suggestions. They gave equal attention to all our pieces, from a simple print to originals and antiques. Prices were good, service and workmanship was fantastic and we love the end result. We highly recommend My Favorite Art Place!”
“Studio 1212 Gallery is where talent, creativity and comradery blend together to form a community....come see for yourself! Can't wait to become more involved!”
“An eclectic family run store with something for everyone! The owners regularly update inside and outside. They are helpful and full of ideas. The outdoor area has plants and furniture for sale. Andrea, one of the owners, is also a Master Gardner and will help you make selections & direct you to local nurseries.”
“Been going to Montage for many years. Dana does an excellent job helping you choose the best framing with his many years of knowledge and expertise. Competent, personable and a true passion for art. You are in good hands with your treasures.”
“Rick has been so great with helping my husband with his wedding band. My husbands ring was given to him from his dad but it was missing a stone. He wanted a matching stone like mine, but it was missing a bracket to hold a stone in. Rick was able to quickly make it all come together! He has also helped put my stone back in my ring. Very reasonably priced and a very nice jewelry artist! He is our go to person for jewelry!”
“Had a fantastic experience here! There's an amazing selection of vintage clothes, everything is well priced, and the jewelry selection is phenomenal! Cory really knows her stuff! Hugely recommend stopping in and spending an hour or two browsing around. There were many a treasure waiting to be found!”
“We were looking for a place for beads without having to drive to Sarasota. We thought we’d give Ricks Picks a shot. It’s a house that’s been converted into a business and I’m assuming they still smoke cigarettes inside the facility. It was pretty overwhelming and we smelled like smoke for the next few hours after leaving. There were some beads but mostly chips and I wouldn’t say anything was worth the price. There was a lot of classic rock type memorabilia and weed pipes and paraphernalia of sorts. I don’t know that I’d go back but if Rick is happy doing what he does…that is all that matters in the grand scheme of things”
“Dunedin Fine Arts Center – Cooking Class with Chef Craig
We spent a fantastic evening at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center taking Chef Craig Tinling’s Thai cooking class (W FA577, Feb 18, 2026). The menu was outstanding:
• Shrimp noodle salad rolls
• Pad see ew
• Red curry with rice
• Green papaya salad
My wife and I were at Table 1 with two incredibly friendly snowbirds—Mickey and Mike—whose hometown was Chicago. The conversation flowed, the cooking was fun, and the bourbon (for me) and Riesling (for my wife) certainly didn’t hurt the vibe.
At the end of the night, after most people had left, Chef Craig gave us a compliment that stuck with me. He asked, “Did you know those people you were cooking with?” We didn’t—but we were laughing and cooking together like old friends.
Over at Table 2 was Peter, who played a key role in the early days of DFAC. Talking with him before class was genuinely enlightening. I mentioned DFAC’s CEO, Andrea, and Peter said he knew her. I only bring up Andrea here because my wife and I recently had an email exchange with her that she handled exceptionally well.
If you’re local, keep an eye out for DFAC’s cooking classes—they fill up fast every quarter, and for good reason. This one was a reminder of how much fun a great meal, good people, and a little shared creativity can be.”
“Received my United States map today great price great quality and exactly what I was looking for to pin all the places we have gone since retiring - love love love”
