“If I could give 6-Stars I would. I found this meat market last year at their old location and from day 1 loved the people and can’t say enough about the quality of the meat. The new location off East Bay is closer, but still a 30 min drive for me and it is worth every minute. The meet is quality, “Without all the garbage you will find injected in other meats.” I especially love the Tri-Tips and Grass Fed Filet’s. I grab these weekly as my son loves them. The baby backs are priced so affordably and are great quality. Like many, I am a fan of Meat Church, and Heights has almost all their rubs. Give them a try, I promise you will not regret it.”

“I just happen to drive by this place last weekend. Today I made a point to go there to check it out. The prime rib roast that I normally pay $20/lb at the supermarkets is $9.49/lb. there all the time. The owner, Julio, brought out a roast from the back to show me. He said he can custom cut to any size. They have a huge selection of spices, various meats, restaurant cooking supplies, etc. He and his wife are very pleasant and accommodating. I bought some boneless chicken breasts and spices for now, but I will definitely be back.”

“O.M.GOODNESS! Emphasis on GOODNESS! My husband and I drove from Spring Hill (about an hour one way) to Cacciatore Bros looking to buy some good beef. We were not disappointed! We chose bacon wrapped filet mignon, and it literally melted in my mouth. SO GOOD! The sausage and cheese counters were packed with lots of selections, the grocery items were plentiful with different brands, and the produce and frozen sections offered a variety as well. We will definitely be going back! You can check out their weekly ad on their Facebook page. We also stopped at Cacciatore and Sons, but were not impressed. In fairness, it was later in the day, and maybe they had sold out of most meat items. Cacciatore Bros on Hanley Rd in Tampa is worth the drive!”

“Yes it's a little run down but the food is amazing, we love the chicken wings, chicken tenders, cheeseburgers, fish sandwiches and their fries. Yes a lot of people hang out down there, but everyone is really friendly. I don't really care what they are doing hanging out there, no one bothers me. Mike is great, my kids go there all the time. If they come up short he always helps them out. I have not tried their meat yet but I was talking to Mike about it and will be trying them out soon.”

“Great place. The prices are great. The hot food section and food is one of the best I have had in Tampa. I only wish they would close a little later. Getting of work at 5:00, when I get there I feel I have to rush into buying what I need. So when I go there I try to have my list of needed items ready. I would recommend. The owner ate from Dominican Republic, so I love it because I find that they something have fruits from the Island that I love.”

“We go there at least once a month. We live in Ellenton so what does that tell you (the destance we travel for Great Hungarian cooking). Our first buy is their deep fried bacon, then their stuffed Cabbage rolls. Then lastly is their paprikash bacon. To die for. Very friendly and helpfull. Their bakery is also soooooooo good.”
