“They have great pricing for their baby items and books, but the clothing for the little ones and mommy are kind of pricey for consignment. If you're going for one outfit sure, but if you want to bulk up on clothes I would wait for their sales.”

“I was shocked to see these reviews. I have been a customer of once upon a child since 2016 when they originally were over by Chuck E. Cheese, this store has been our go to for both our kids clothing. My oldest now out grew their sizing but my youngest still has a lot of time to go. We absolutely adore shopping here, the prices are great, toys are good, and even the baby products. I think people’s standards of companies are way to high sometimes, clean store, good pricing, quick service. Can’t beat that. Also, have sold many many times with them before, I never expect much and I’m always pleased with what I get!”

“I bought a shoes yesterday for my daughter and I was overcharged for it, it was an error in the system, I went back and the manager was on lunch so I asked the cashier if I could just return it. We'll she went inside and came back with the manager who immediately fixed the problem and didn't have to return anything. The manager literally helped me while he was on his lunch break, I am so thankful for the cashier and the manager, they were awesome and I am so very happy with the customer service I received 🙏will absolutely shop here more often”
