Shannon was super responsive and great to work with. I was able to send photos to verify sizes and hinge type. Realistic expectations for the completion of my shutters was set upfront and even with Covid and supply chain issues they delivered on time.

We had some initial hiccups but Shannon has been working with us to make things right. I do think we were an exception and it is refreshing to know they truly care and strive for customer satisfaction.
