I loved going to this nail salon for over 3 years . The service is still friendly , but they don't pamper you now , they stopped serving your choice of pedicure with a pretty tray and flower , to just pulling lotion out of tge drawer . The price went up , which is understandable with the cost of living , so I think that is fine. But it does not cost the owner to serve her Clients with a Lil pampering like they used too .
I don't believe this less of pampering change is going to build more clientele.

When I read these negative reviews, I almost wonder if they're for a different Perfect Nails! (There are others!) I've been coming here to this one in Safety Harbor for years and have NEVER experienced anything but PERFECT NAILS by pleasant, courteous staff in a clean environment. I've never heard of some of the technicians named in some of these reviews and there are no loud yelling older women working there! In fact everyone who works there is soft spoken. Just sharing my experience with this lovely nail salon.

Perfect service and results for a Mani/Pedi! It was $45 plus tip.

Took my children for a mani and while I always cringe at children in nail salons bc they’re not normally quiet. I have to say this was a wonderful experience. The staff were beyond patient and caring. Hot stones during pedicure was a great treat! Highly recommend if you’re lucky and king for a great nail salon.

Every time my daughter and I visit perfect nails they always make sure we are taken care of. I’ve taken my mother when she comes go visit and they always make sure she’s taken care of. I truly feel like they go above and beyond and I will be a customer for life! Ty so much for being amazing!

best nail salon friendly staff and they do excellent job on my nail for dip powder. last 4 weeks. it's my only favorite nail salon!!!
