DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Literally go anywhere else, if you live on the island do yourself a HUGE favor and use Publix’s pharmacy will be guaranteed you will be treated like an actual human instead of hot garbage! If if you have any issues or errors with your prescription at this CVS location it is automatically your fault, they couldn’t have possibly done anything in the slightest wrong they for sure did everything right! Actually the rudest, most passive aggressive, and arrogant pharmacists working there. So do yourself a big favor and go somewhere where they can actually help and handle your prescription with care. If I could leave zero stars for this rating I really would. Something seriously shady is going on at this CVS pharmacy.

I've been using this pharmacy for 5 years and find it to either hiring incompetent pharmacists or they are just know it all arrogant. Most recently I had a defective applicator pen and was told to contact the company to get another replacement! That took 1 week putting me behind my scheduled injections. My doctor ordered a new prescription since I was already on a prescribed dose the doctor ordered a middle range dosage. The pharmacist questioned this and wouldn't order the medicine. Another few days went by and CVS app stated not in stock we don't know when it will be in. Nice right? No old prescription and no new one to take. Then they tell me they need a new prescription for the already prescribed drug with defective pen. The prescription was not expired yet and the new drug not provided since CVS can't find out when they can get it. They then cancel my new prescription to fulfill and old prescription that would have been taken if not defective instead of using the old active authorization to replace a defective product that took me a week to get a voucher for. Look at low reviews it's for obvious reason!

I love the CVS located in Saint James City on Pine Island, Florida the staff is always really helpful and pleasant and the Pharmacy is very convenient as well as helpful

Store was very clean and organized.. lady that was working was so nice and friendly (I forgot her name) but everything was so easily to find what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this store for anyone who shops at cvs

The CVS in Pine Island Florida is great! Staff very nice and best Pine island apparel at reasonable prices are found here!!!

The pharmacist is condescending and rude. Asked a simple question and she answered in a short, 'no' and 'the doctor should have known that... ugh!'. Didn't bother to look up and acknowledge us nor did she offer an alternative solution.

The pharmacist, Mala, is the most patient, kind, informative woman. They need about five pharmacists at this place, especially Oct to May, but sometimes she is alone. I could never work the volume of RX, questions, computer malfunctions she has to deal with. She is worth her weight in gold.
