The pharmacist is condescending and rude. Asked a simple question and she answered in a short, 'no' and 'the doctor should have known that... ugh!'. Didn't bother to look up and acknowledge us nor did she offer an alternative solution.

The pharmacist, Mala, is the most patient, kind, informative woman. They need about five pharmacists at this place, especially Oct to May, but sometimes she is alone. I could never work the volume of RX, questions, computer malfunctions she has to deal with. She is worth her weight in gold.

I am very grateful for Mala’s quick response to my questions about a new script possibly interacting with current meds I am taking. She took the time to listen and research an answer for me. She quickly responded with a phone call and text.Thank you!

I go to this store all the time. But today I had something strange happen that is keeping me from sleeping. I went in to the store, clerk said hello i said hello back. Then i went back to the mini hardware section, i was looking for some of those felt furniture feet pad things... i looked all over that mini hardware section and didnt see them. So i walked to the isle next to it, noticed that was all candy, went back to the hardware section for one final search... Then i left the store... as i was walking out the door the theft detection thing beeped at me, not a continuous alarm beep, just a single solid beep. It was odd and I remember looking at the detector like "wth?" Anyway, when i got to my car i looked behind me and saw the store manager standing in the doorway just glaring at me like i stole something (ive never stolen anything in my life)... when he noticed that i saw him he quickly turned and walked out of view. I feel like i have been accused of shoplifting even though i didnt... it was all very weird and i am very upset about it. If you think i stole something, i didnt and go review your camera footage i never even touched anything while i was in the store.

The pharmacist at this location are hateful and have horrible attitudes! I thought last time that maybe they were having a bad day. No, rude and hateful again today. Guess I will use Publix or Walgreens.

I have lived on the island for 23 years. I also previously owned businesses on the island. Now retired..Our Island CVS pharmacy has always done a very good job and always been friendly and helpful.I see a few less positive comments here and I notice they are mostly from seasonal snowbirds or new transplants. (Northerners)We live in a somewhat seasonal community and some of our seasonal "visitors" seem to have a difficult time adjusting to the "transition". We live on an island, and when you folks all come crashing in on us at once, some of you seem to expect everyone to jump to attention trying to please you.Well, you are here on Island Time now and you need to calm down and show some courtesy to the locals. Many of us used to be up tight northerners too... Your seasonal numbers tend to overwhelm our service industries and since you are only here a few months out of the year, every business may not be staffed up enough to accommodate your every whim at a moment's notice. If you came here to get away from the cold, please don't bring the cold with you. A little kindness and patience will go a long way for everyone concerned.Try to relax and embrace the island life !Timothy Young / St James City

Molly the lady in the pharmacy doesn’t wear her mask properly. Nor does she like filling people’s prescriptions that the Dr has proscribed them without giving them a big hassle. My Dr was literally furious at her behavior. Not to mention he transferred my script to Walgreens immediately and didn’t even deal with her himself again. Not to mention there are so many people that complain about the same issues with this same lady Molly. I’m definitely calling cooperate on her. She asked me was I Spanish and is I understood English. I couldn’t believe that! I’m not Spanish but dark complexion from the south Florida heat. It’s sad how she gets away with treating people like this.

I've been a customer of this pharmacy for the past 10 years and I am very happy with their service. They fill my prescriptions on time and the staff is friendly and professional. I get my flu shot there every year and they treat me very well.

The lady was super nice. But they no longer carry the NOSEEUMS bug spray. Go to the pine island feed down the street for cedar spray.
