Good store with plenty of stuff to look through. The homeless surround the area and can feel a little sketchy at times.

Wow. 0 stars. Girl working was super irritated I came in with drop off donation. Bag of items was heavy for me (recent shoulder sugery) and I asked for help to bring in. Young woman stood on curb laughing at me struggling to retrieve and said, ' Heavy? Well you already got bag in there, you can get it out. I help 50/50.' I drug bag to curb where she waited and then chastised me for bag NOT being heavy. Almost shut door in my face and said bye before I could get receipt. And was irritated to give one when asked. REALLY?! I understand a charity organization. .but Goodwill hire people who are going to rep your company better. This interaction was devoid of customer service and actually laughable in its absurdity. Beyond an employee having just a bad day. Especially since it was an just hour after opening.

Just donated at CR 210. The guy who took in donations we made never greeted, never made eye contact, never said “thank you”. Disappointed, as I also worked for a goodwill DC and we were taught to do all of the above.

Easy drop-off and was in and out within a couple of minutes. Once I arrived I was immediately met with someone to help get stuff out of my car. Will definitely come back soon.

Goodwill is a for-profit company. Don't let their name mislead you. Donate to salvation army, a church, or real charity.
