Sarah and Nathan restored what I had lost on the phone and answered the questions that I had. Sarah gave me additional information on how to handle editing of pictures. I am completely satisfied and grateful for the help that I received. Okay

Fantastic staff, went in for an upgrade earlier this week. And the store manager Thomas was one of the most friendly people I've had the pleasure of working with. He answered all of my questions, helped me save money AND I got a new phone. This will definitely be my new go to store :)

Tom the manager was amazing. I don’t know how he did it but somehow he was able to get me switched over from T-Mobile with an even lesser bill than before. Each of my 5 lines got new iphone 15s. I was also able to get an ipad which I need for school for 99 cents a month. I would recommend anyone to go to Att specifically for his service!! I’ll be recommending all of my friends and family to this hidden gem on st Pete beach. Couldn’t be happier!

If you know what it feels like to be in another state on vacation without a phone or way to contact people then you know what stress is. The people at this AT&T especially Tom were the most helpful and calming individuals to work with I don't know what I would have done if I didnt have a phone. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

The guys over at this store are the most knowledgeable AT&T employees I have ever worked with. They handled all my questions and concerns with ease. I will never be going back to any of the other AT&Ts near me if this one is still open.

These people are scam artists. First they told me I needed a new phone. I declined. Then they said I could save $20 a month with a data line and the 55+ plan. My bill went up $277 dollars for one month. I went to another store who said my account was so jacked up I should call corporate. They added insurance, a second line and didn’t even give me the 55+ plan. They are complete and total thieves.
At least corporate is taking care of this and reversing charges. Do NOT go to this store.

I was at the beach when I accidentally dropped my phone in the water, luckily this store was right across the street! I was so worried my pictures were gone but the manager Tom was so helpful and helped me get all my information back on my new phone!

I was paying hundreds of dollars with Verizon and decided to pay this store a visit, best decision I could’ve made! The manager Thomas got me set up with a brand new phone, watch, and tablet for less than what I was paying for just my phone at Verizon! Thomas made the process quick and easy, couldn’t be happier.

Major trouble with my sim card, Tom went out of his way to make sure that i was taken care of and all issues were resolved. The customer service and the ease of the whole situation was unmatched. 10/10 would recommend this store. Professional, fast and customer oriented!
