I would recommend an appointment if you would like to see a banker to save you time. If you don’t have an appointment and you are not in a rush, it is worth the wait.”

“I went to Truist today with an attitude concerning the move from Sun Trust to Truist.I had been charged two overdraft fees I could not afford to pay.I am a service connected Army Veteranwaiting on my claim to approved by the VA and have very little money to live on.I went into the bank & spoke with EdsonMakwara.He is a banker at this Branch.HE COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL.He had no attitude and immediately helped me with some overdraft fees.He switched my account to a new Truist Account with no overdraft fees.I have a very limited budget but he treated me just like someone with a lot of money. I couldn't be happier.I have only written 3 or four google reviews since google was google”

“Well lit, easy access off with return to US19. Access, also, from traffic light @ 19th Ave N into shopping center, or thru Chases's own driveway entrance from US19 access is closest to US19, so no parking-lot dodge-cars and if you enter thru it's own drive off of US19, you just bear to your right and pull right up to ATM without the need to circle around the ATM, if you enter thru the entrance via 19th Ave N. that's what happens. Location is superb & very much needed from Chase. Closest Branches @4th St.N & 9th Ave N and 66th St N & 13th Ave N.”

“Opened a checking and savings account today and I was quite impressed with the service. Lynn, one of the head tellers, came over and talked to me for a bit, like a regular person and not some 'financial object'. She introduced me to Mark Manuel who guided me through the procedures, all the while carrying on a genuine conversation about our respective backgrounds. I like Regions as they offer the 50-over no-fees for checking. I had my account set up within 20 minutes. One star off because they don't offer a 'referral incentive' for members referring new clients. Otherwise, a solid place to bank. We joked about how bad Wachovia is and they say they refer to this bank as "Walkovaya' I liked that.”
