First visit back to Pass-a-grille since the hurricane, and thrilled to report it is still paradise. Coconut inn is still perfect. Excellent staff and of course the house cat Baxter. Will continue to return here time and time again....it is the best!

It’s been a few years since my husband and I stayed here with our dogs but I think about it often. It was such a unique experience for us - a tiny little room with a tiny little kitchenette and a view of the ocean, a small pool in an alcove, walking distance from food and the beach, had these cute little bikes we could use for free and ride around on, it was all just so quaint and cozy. The owners and staff were so kind and made themselves available. It was just a sweet experience I’ll always remember and I hope to go back again some day.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Coconut Inn! I spent a week here splitting the week with my husband and then with my daughter and daughter in law. This was the perfect location. This was our first time in Pass A Grille and we will definitely be back. Our room was located on the 1st floor and had everything we needed. Loved that the Inn had plenty of beach chairs, towels, bikes, etc.. It is perfectly located just steps away from the beach, restaurants and stores. It is a small Inn with top notch service. The owner and staff are always around checking on the guests. Loved having Baxter the resident cat around! I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!

There aren't words to describe my adoration for the coconut inn. Everything about this little motel in Pass-A-Grille is top-notch. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. The resident celebrity cat Baxter is the sweetest boy. And the location -- just steps from the beach -- make this place the total package. I've been coming here for years and can't wait for my next stay!

Adorable and very clean room and steps away from a beach entrance. Staff is excellent at communication! My sister and I enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

My wife and I visited the Coconut Inn just after one of the many Florida Hurricanes. The facilities were still clean and the staff was great and more than accommodating. This place was a 1 minute walk to the beach and had everything needed for an enjoyable weekend. We will surely be back!

Our 3 night stay at the Coconut Inn was exactly what we were hoping for. Peaceful, clean, nice pool, private, great value and great location across the street from the beach and a block from the quaint downtown shops and restaurants. Dawn was very accommodating and helpful with any requests we had. We used one of the small wagons to take the Inn's beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. We took a lap around town on the Inn's bicycles. I really appreciated the lack of fees that some other inns and lodgings tacked on the rate. We will be back next September!

The Coconut Inn in Pass-A-Grille is an ideal spot for an authentic Florida vacation. It’s conveniently located just steps from the beach, restaurants, and an ice cream shop. You can park your car in the inn’s lot and walk to all these attractions (parking is included). If you want to explore beyond the immediate area, you can use the free electric beach shuttles.
The inn offers everything you need for a great beach getaway, including paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, wagons, and towels. There’s also a barbecue area and lovely gazebos with seating. After a day at the beach, you can unwind by the pool.
During my stay with my daughter, we enjoyed a peaceful and pleasant experience. The inn was quiet, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and our room (number 6) was spacious enough for two adults. However, the kitchen, while adequate, could have been better stocked—it lacked reusable containers and measuring cups, and the knives were all serrated, making them difficult to use. Additionally, I would have preferred daily housekeeping. Despite these minor issues, our stay was wonderful.

I stayed here for 10 days in late August / early September. I shared Room 6 with my mom.
I absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend to a friend, and I would definitely stay here again if I were staying in Pass-a-Grille. Firstly, the location is fantastic. I could walk out of our room, down the outdoor steps and onto the sidewalk, and the beach is already in view, a short distance away--not even a full block. There is only one house between the Coconut Inn and the beach. And there is a beach entrance right there on 11th street. (There are not beach entrances on every single street). This particular beach entrance also has the only restaurant that is on the beach, The Paradise Grill (which we love going to). There are other restaurants near the beach, but they are all across the street from the beach, rather than on the beach.
Because of our close proximity to the beach, I went on a run or walk on the beach every single morning of my visit (I went around sunrise, so about 7 am this time of year). And every day there were already other people on the beach! I loved it. I ran from the 11th street entrance to the Don Cesar and back. It was lovely.
Our room had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast in our kitchenette every morning. The shower pressure was GREAT. It's so nice to have good water pressure, especially when it comes to getting the sand off!
I loved the little swimming pool in between the two buildings that make up the Coconut Inn. It was nice and private, extremely clean, and well-kept. It felt like a proper vacation! I sat out near the pool (and went in the pool) a lot during our stay. Sometimes my mom and I picked up sandwiches from Publix and ate them out at the table by the pool, that was nice.
The Coconut Inn is really pretty and well-kept, nice and quiet, and the staff are friendly. The location is amazing. I have nothing bad to say about it and would absolutely stay there again.

Adorable Inn! Great staff and you can't forget Baxter (house cat) :) ! We will return again definitely! Super convenient to the public beach, restaurants and bars. Pass-a-grille is now a favorite spot for us!
