“Stopped by this flower shop because my sister had just given birth to a beautiful baby girl and there was NO WAY I was showing up to the hospital empty-handed. I mean, this was technically my first meeting with my niece and I'm already planning on being the cool uncle, so first impressions matter right? 😂 I wasn't really sure what kind of flowers were appropriate for the occasion, so thankfully the staff stepped in and helped me figure it out.
They had a huge selection, and the lady helping me was really knowledgeable. I explained that the arrangement was for a new mom in the hospital, so she suggested keeping it cheerful and elegant. We ended up with a beautiful combination of roses, daisies and some soft pink carnations with greenery. The colors worked really well together and had that bright, celebratory feel I was looking for without making the arrangement ridiculously huge. She put everything together beautifully and honestly made it look way better than anything I would've chosen on my own lol.
My sister loved the flowers, but obviously my newborn niece completely stole the show the second I walked into that hospital room 😂 Still, I'm really glad I stopped here because the arrangement added something special to an already unforgettable day. Great selection, knowledgeable staff and really thoughtful service. Now the flowers handled my first impression... the rest is up to me to earn that cool uncle title hahaha.”

In the wake of our house AND wedding venue being flooded by Hurricane Helene, they stayed in touch, spoke words of encouragement, worked with us very last minute and provided absolutely beautiful flowers - not only to a different venue but also a day earlier than we had originally scheduled with them.
During an extremely emotional time they were supportive and flexible! My flowers, especially my bouquet, were perfect!! Christina nailed my vision and created everything I needed for the last minute venue change! I highly, highly recommend Lou’s Florist!”

The last set of flowers I was able to take my grandma was pre-ordered a few days prior. Unfortunately the last set to give her. But through the budget I had they did an absolute amazing job. I ordered two things, they both arrived that day, shortly after I placed the order. They looked exactly like the pictures that I ordered and my daughter loved them. She also said the delivery lady was very, very nice! I will definitely use them again!”

“So I called about flowers for mother's day. He asked my budget range and I told him and that I would be by earlier in today around 4 before close.
I was astonished to say the least. The care that was put into organizing the flowers and placing them in a visual appealing way was impressive. If I can edit this review when I get back to her home when I can take a picture I will try to update and post it. It came in a nice heavy glass jar and he told me there was plant food added to the water, for health and longevity I presume. Also I tried to give him a small tip and he refused multiple times. Would recommend again”
