Not only did they have the parts we needed but they offered to prefabricate a faucet head for another project we haven't even started yet. This hardware store is AWESOME!!!”

“A solid company this is! I used to frequent this company for hoses when I worked for a local company. I found myself needing a hose made up for my pressure washer twice in the last 2 years and chose this location to have what I needed made. Both times the same group of guys are still employed and quickly made what I needed. The store will always be my go-to store anytime I have a need to have a hose made.”

“They have had pretty much anything I've needed. Extensive plumbing and hardware(nut, bolts,screws etc) selection. Prices might be a little more than the big box stores (comparable for most things) but worth it for the convenience.”

We deal a lot with MOTILI and very often our orders get lost or are available at different locations, and he is the only one that manages to tack them down, arrange transfers, find lost returns and receipts, communicate with Motili—you name it. If we have any issue that needs to be addressed, no matter which Ferguson branch it is, we call Steve J. No one else has been able to assist us when it comes to Motili, so he needs to train others on how to process their orders as efficiently as he is. When any person in our company places an order with him materials are delivered accurately and timely. If a part isn’t available he’ll let you know if there are other options available. He goes above and beyond to help you out. Great sales person and definitely the best one our company has dealt with at Graybar.”
“I'm mostly writing this review for two reasons: to compliment the mystery artist that put googly eyes on the advertisement (you know the one), and to recognize a great member of the local team: Fatjona. She not only knew exactly where to direct me when I came in for double-sided tape, but she was funny & kind throughout my whole visit. At the end, I accidentally tried checking out at a staff register because they looked like self-checkout areas. She laughed, told me to "have fun with it", and just helped me at the end to pay for my items. It was a great experience overall!”

“The workers are nice but the lumber section needs to get it together stuff is never down when u get there there's not enough workers and they keep messing up the supplies with the fork lift the woods there sucks they need a new supplier and the supplies is t always there I mean who is doing the ordering by the rest of the place is good”

“Lowe's has a lot of the stuff you need and fairly decent help. It's highly organized. Their garden section is fabulous. They have some great deals on plants always look outside in the clearance section because if you have a green thumb you can bring them back to life. Love their potting soil don't have a big selection of organics.... no organic plants very limited selection of organic fertilizers pretty much standard things available here but beautiful every day plants”
