Wanted to give props to Courtney. We watched this woman work soo hard all night! She was one of the hardest workers we have seen in a long time! I’ve never seen someone work as hard as her. She should be recognized for her hard work! You can tell that she really cares about her job and everyone she works with. We would also like to call out Devon and Randy who treated us like we were family. They really made us feel like we were at home and were very attentive. Thank you all for making our vacation so amazing!

Similar to my review of Hilton Clearwater Beach, I thought I would post my feedback from our stay as I think it can be informative to others and hopefully get some more visibility from the hotel on it. :)This was our second time visiting Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach - we do like it there as our alternative Hilton to stay at (we also stay at the Hilton in Clearwater Beach). There are things that we definitely like about Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach, but a few things we wish were different/offered - some of them a little more grandiose than others:1. On our first stay the digital key stuff was pushed much more and seemed to work better, this stay it really wasn't pushed and didn't work very well.2. At the Hilton in Clearwater Beach they give you a little NFC bracelet that doubles as your room key and as your "pool pass" – it’s really handy because it’s easy to just keep it on during your trip vs. having to keep track of a key card – it’d be great if you’d consider switching to these since the digital key stuff doesn’t work very well.3. We wish the pool were kept just a little bit warmer during the colder months – during the warmest part of the day it’s pretty good but from early morning to about noon it’s frosty!4. It’s a pipe dream because it would be expensive, but we wish you had a hot tub. :)5. At the Hilton in Clearwater Beach they have daily crafts/activities for kids as part of the resort fee – I wish you did too because it would give our daughter (and I’m sure the many other kids we saw) something organized to do.6. We love that you have live music every night and that they play until fairly late (and the bar is open)!7. I noticed that some of the other hotels have actual boardwalks out to the beach instead of just sandy paths – I feel like, if done right, something similar would help you have less sand brought constantly up on your sidewalks/deck.8. The grassy area between the hotel and pool is nice, it would be great if there were some more lawn games or even a few natural gas fire pits in there to make it an even nicer space to enjoy the music without being right up in the food/drink area.9. Why doesn’t the sidewalk from the front of the hotel extend all the way to the actual sidewalk by the road? It looks like someone stopped about one square short.10. The fitness center was really good, I liked that it had a lot of the key equipment that people would want to use. I do think that some of the equipment could use a little maintenance (the treadmills were a little squeaky, for example). I do wish that the mirror on the wall in there was lower, or was even replaced by a thin whole wall mirror so it was possible to watch your form while lifting weights. Along that line, it would be great if there was a second set of weights – it’s not unusual for more than one person to want to lift at the same time but it’s hard to/doesn’t really work with just one set of weights. These suggestions aside, we definitely like it here and we will be back!

Just a solid all around beach hotel. Appreciated the quality of food, beverage and service at this location. Didn't feel gouged by prices at Coconut Charlie's as you often get airport pricing treatment at beach hotels.

Hotel was nice for a few days to relax at the pool and beach. Spacious, clean & updated room. Coconut Charlie’s had great food and drinks (always get the rum floaters lol) with excellent live entertainment at night. Pool was small but warm and clean. Beach access is just a short walk down the trail and the cabanas were awesome. Everyone gets a private little pod with 2 lounge chairs. Area is nice and quiet but busy. Definitely worth it!

OK for an overnight stay but too many kids around the pool for it to be a relaxing, quiet vacation location for me.

My stay at the Hilton Garden inn was a Nightmare something out of a scary movie in that’s no hyperbole from the moment me and my spouse entered that place it was terrible the front desk attendant Scott was the epitome of bad customer service he accused my spouse and I of not only smoking marijana in our room yet being the reasoning that the whole third floor and hotel reeked of marijana not only did he speak to me and my spouse condescending he berated us through the hotel from the front desk to the hall way screaming and yelling at us telling us that we reeked of marijana in if the hotel room smells like smoke he was going to charge my card the smoking fee in the mist of him berating us I myself was trying to tell him we do not smell like marijana in no one was smoking remind you all this was happening on Valentine’s Day at 0234 in the morning I was confused, scared, and concerned as into why he would do this yet in the mist of me telling him that we where not smoking in for him to stop screaming at us I told my boyfriend let’s go get an our things in go informed scot in advance that we’re going to the room to retrieve our gatherings and checking out so we did just that we grabbed our belongings in proceeded to check out on our way to the front desk I saw Scott the front desk attendant he uttered to me and my spouse in a nonchalant attitude laughing “oh you really are leaving” I was so hurt, humiliated, and embarrassed because I had set up a surprise for my spouse an I was keenly braggadocios of your facility so for Scott to do that I was hurt yet I responded to him yes I want to check out an that I wanted his name so I could call the customer service compliance line he then yelled “my name is Scott” an I don’t care who u call u reek of marijana I then informed him he was out of line for accusing us of smelling like marijana i then asked him to send someone up with my spouse to confirm that we were not smoking marijana in the room so he sent up a security guard with my spouse who confirmed the room did not smell like marijana in the mist of them going up to the room I was still at the front desk with Scott repeatedly asking him to check me out because he kept refusing infoming me that he could not check me out at the time due to the computer Turing over inventory I then informed Scott I wanted to be checked out now at 0300 so that Hilton can see that I left in the middle of the night and that I was a diamond member and can’t believe I was being treated like that Scott then turned to me throwing up his hand yelling im a diamond member too. he then kept telling me he can’t l check me out an if I don’t leave he was calling the police I then informed him I’m not leaving because I did nothing wrong in that I had to wait for my boyfriend to come back down from with the security guard because he had the car keys yet Scott still continued to call the police so the police was called on my spouse an I on Valentine’s Day so when the police arrived they asked me what was going on I then informed them that the hotel attendant accused us of smoking marijana in the room in that we reeked of marijana the police then smelled me in said I was ok I did not reek of marijana in that we was free to leave or stay if want me my spouse then left the hotel terrified, in silence, and in great disbelief in Hilton.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was close to a lot of restaurants.Rooms: The room was nice. We were out of shampoo on the first night. However, they did bring us more the next morning.Nearby activities: The biggest activity is to walk down to beach and enjoy a drink by the ocean,Food & drinks: The Smoked Salmon toast dish that we ordered was delicious as well as my Mango mimosa.

Way over priced for an off season night for what was a standard room with 2 queen beds. I'd hate to see what they charge in spring. No complimentary breakfast to ease the sting of the room charge.

Great beachfront hotel. Smaller than some but has everything you'd want. A nice pool, great beach access with dedicated cabanas for guests, a restaurant, live music at the beachfront bar every night. Clean, up-to-date, and staffed by friendly, skilled people.

A really a very nice place to stay that we'd definitely go to again. Very clean and updated room with full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Love that they're not wasteful with those small bottles other hotels use. Wonderful feather pillows. Free bottled waters in our room with a coffee maker, microwave, safe, pool towels and all the necessities you'd need. A very short walk behind the hotel to the beach and many bars and restaurants nearby.
