“Tony gave me the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a phone repair store. He fixed my phone in 20 minutes, that’s a world record time. He was very considerate, courteous, warm, welcoming and overall 10 out of 10 experience. You can’t beat the price here or the time that they fix it. I called about 150 other places and he was the only one that was very concerned about my phone and wanted to fix it as fast as he possibly could and give me the best experience to his abilities. You definitely need to give this man a raise he deserves it.”
“I went into boost mobile today with my 8 year old daughter to get a iPhone 13 and a portable hotspot for my daughters iPad.
I was looking at the iPhone 15 but I was on a budget.
I decided to get the iPhone 13, and I was able to afford a portable hot spot, a case for the phone with service for both. I paid for everything and the clerk handed me in my phone, smiled and said

They were quick to help me out and paid attention to the order of customers that came in even when it got busy, which I appreciated. I was in an out of the store as quickly and efficiently as possible it seemed and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the store especially because I dread the phone store. Phil seemed to care a lot about me getting the best deal possible. They are great and make it worth driving the few extra minutes to get to this location. Will be returning :)”
“Took my iPhone in for repair of the cracked glass on the back. They replaced the entire back housing for reasonable fee. It took about four hours and was easy to schedule and pick up. I would definitely use them again.”
“Nevaeh Eagan was the AT&T representative who handled my entire visit.
She was professional, cheerful, thoroughly knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and always treated me with respect no matter how many questions I asked, and she explained everything as we went.
Some of my questions were probably pretty dumb because I'm not tech savvy, but she always answered them with respect.
She has a marvelous sense of humor, and she kept me chuckling as we went along in the process of purchasing a new iPhone 15 and getting it all set up with my information transferred, and all the necessary equipment purchased to go with it.
She helped me get credit for my two iPhone 11s.
I had a marvelous time during the whole process, and I left with a brand new phone and feeling like I was the most important person in the world.
That is the way she made me feel.
If AT&T doesn't already know what a marvelous employee they have in Nevaeh Eagan, then I hope this review lets them know how fortunate they are to have her on board.
She gets my vote as employee of the day, week, month, year, and millennium.”

“Amazing company, stopped in on my lunch break to get a price quote and they offered to fix on the spot. Only took 20 mins start to finish. That was 3 weeks ago and new screen works perfect. Saved me $440. Apple wanted to charge $600 for the same repair due to the back glass having a crack in it.”

“My current phone is upgraded from a Metro issued Samsung Galaxy A14 the 49th Street N location provided the last A14 5G phone. My A01 Galaxy was one of the most brittle phones out there OnePlus N200 Nord ended up lost in an intersection, but this one is more constant. I caught some of the Hurricane Milton debris on this one.I am giving folks access to a find via screenshot.
