“So amazingly impressed with this service shop! They got me in quickly, looked at my car hooked it up to machines took it on a test drive then took me driving on a test drive to double check things. DID NOT Charge me anything for all of this diagnosing work! DID NOT Recommend replacing my transmission Or immediately jumping to costly repairs that may not be necessary and said that possibly just doing maintenance on it would do the trick checked everything out thoroughly told me to drive it carefully for 500 miles and hopefully all is well! I waited for my car as they have a nice quiet, waiting area, offering free beverages, and did my homework, in the company of their wonderful adopted cat, who was feral and adopted them as much as they adopted her. They knew almost every customer who came in by name And just seem like a genuinely caring, knowledgeable, and hard-working Center! So very happy I found them! Recommend them highly!”

“I am so thankful for Mike, I called with a dead battery issues and he came right away. Helped answer my questions and even came with me to auto zone to make sure I didn’t stall out or have any issues getting there. Superb help, will highly recommend, and incredibly thankful.”
“I brought my vehicle in because I felt a noticeable brake pressure almost as if my fluid needed a flush. The tech drove my jeep around the block for a test drive and quickly visually inspected the brakes. He everything was fine. He mentioned he’d love to accept my money, but only wanted to do so honestly. He recommended a local jeep specific repair shop if I really felt it needed a second look. Honesty and good work is all a customer ask for. I can’t rate the work, but I can rate their integrity. Kudos Big John’s!”

“Great staff, honest recommendations, had my Truck and SUV serviced over the last 2 weeks. I am confident they will keep both in great condition with maintenance and repair work.
Now August, had headlamps installed, poorly adjusted, returned to inform them lights need adjustment, they returned vehicle, they werent safely adjusted ill say.
Spent $189.00 at dealer in Georgia, now they are fine. Im going into today to see what their answer is for my issue.
Returned to explain concerns, after vacation I said I will bring in truck, which I still feel there is an issue with lights. When I showed charges paid for dealer adjustment, “ What do you want us to do?” I replied, “ We will figure it out , when I return”. Honestly, I expect to be reimbursed, and a replacement light assembly installed. Lets see what happens. I will be returning 9/12/24.
I changed stars to 4, and will adjust after the resolving of the issues.”

“This place is great!! I was recommended by a friend and have been here only twice so far as my car was under warranty until recently. I went in today because the plastic cover under my car fell down. I was sure I cracked it, as I had to drive a long way dragging it, and would need to pay significant money to replace it. But John was able to work me in AND fix the cover. BEST of all he did it at NO charge! They have as a customer for life now and I would recommend them to anyone!!”

“I've been there a few times. This time I'm not sure they check any other fluids, air filter windshield blades. Washed half the windshield and didn't bother to reset the oil light on the dashboard. Don't know if it's worth trying again or just find somewhere else”

Christine Glass came over to ask us if we needed any help and she told us the details about the vehicle and we took a test drive. I’ve never had a good experience so we were not expecting to get a vehicle the same day but this is exactly what we were looking for. The care Christine and the whole team gave us while we were getting the finance information was phenomenal. She even took us on a tour of the new facility. “Came here after being scammed at Firestone, had a nail in my tire completely unpatchable, came in and was attended within 5-10 minutes of arriving (due to appearance of working in other cars) with quick turn around for complete brand new tire replacement. Whole transaction was probably under 20-30 minutes.

“This is a great place to get your oil changed. I told the mechanics I couldn't afford an expensive oil change, so they did my oil change for $28!! Yes, that's right, $28. They didn't try to upsale me on filters or wiper blades, they just went to work and completed the oil change is less than 30 minutes. It was so refreshing to not be inundated with all the issues mechanics find under the hood. The guys were friendly, professional and timely. This Jiffy Lube location is on Central Avenue.”
