Stopped by today around 2:30pm inserted my debit card into gas pump number 11 (as instructed by screen prompts). Nothing happens for awhile, then it asks for pin to be entered, did that, then nothing happens. Retried process outside 1 more time and after entering PIN again was instructed on screen to see attendant. Saw attendant inside and attempted to run transaction again inside with his assistance, still no transaction after entering card and PIN. He say try again at which point I told him I am reporting them for credit card skimming. My bank sent me fraud alert at this time. Went down road aways to another shell station and performed transaction at pump and everything went smoothly. I strongly suspect whoever is running this station is attempting to skim customer credit card information for fraudulent uses. They should be investigated by law enforcement as well as Shell Corporate inspectors.

There’s this rude man named Dany that works there making gross comments to his customers. Comments on women’s appearance and young children. Very inappropriate and unsettling. My girlfriend was actually wearing a hoodie and he made a very inappropriate comment about her chest. Dany is very rude and I will never come back to that store. Where Dany is from he said they are able to make inappropriate comments to women, but that’s not how things work around here! Disgusting gross man named Dany I’ll never be back! Horrible! He also pretended to be the owner, even though he is not. I now know who the owner is based on a public records search. You should be ashamed!

Would give it a zero star if possible. Dirty, rude, change prices everyday, do not take care of their 2 good employees that they had so they left. All around disgusting establishment with rude workers. They have sold their THC products and alcohol products to minors as well. Since they refuse to better their store after this many bad reviews I’m just gonna contact law enforcement and get the whole establishment checked out because I already have proof of them selling to a minor without asking for an ID. DIRTY, RUDE, SMELLY, 0/10

Coke in glass bottle $6 bag of chips $4 water bottle small Evian $3 be carful here they will rip you off. Lie and scam you! Happened to me today. Asked how much and $20 on gas he said $40 total but was only for snacks at a gas station plus did not give me option for refund !

Clerk charged me for gas and when the pump messed up he refused to help me and I wasted $ prepaying for gas I didn’t receive. What a scam artist. The clerk was wearing a name tag that said “Godzilla” what a joke.

Credit Card for pumps 5, 6, and 7 were all broken had to move TWO times. 🙄

The clerk went to the restroom right when I walked up and the sign says be back in 3 minutes and I waited over 10 minutes before leaving. Never had this issue here before.

Went to put 20 onto a pump, 10 in cash 10 on card and they idiot working said that’s not possible then proceeds to take the 10$ in cash and refuses to give it back to do a 20$ card payment. Put the gas on the wrong pump and then made us move around to try and “get to the right pump” he then proceeded to spray gasoline down the side of my car. HORRIBLE gas station will never come back. Should really hire people that know how to work a gas pump. It’s embarrassing to the company and the area of st pete beach!
