“Finally.A.Pub.Sub. This place has been on my radar for a sub for over a year now. Their chicken finger sub is their specialty but they make all their subs with fresh Boars Head deli meat (by request!). I had the chicken finger sub/buffalo style. It did not disappoint; It was actually fabulous and my favorite meal on this trip. It definitely lived up to the hype and you absolutely cannot beat the $7 price tag. If you haven't tried one; You're Welcome.”

Weighting this verses not being able to find someone to ask for an item. I will take being asked repeatedly as I find it much more frustrating to not find an itemOverall experience was positive.”

“My husband bought fresh cut roses at Aldi in South St. Petersburg. The price was $10.00 and he was charged .96 tax. The receipt said 7% sales tax. That doesn't compute. I tried to find out if there is a luxery tax on flowers but only found that florists have to charge 7.5% tax. If this is the case, why isn't it reflected on the tax rate on the receipt?”

Unfortunately their prices are higher than other places but their stores are cleaner, service is better, meat & produce quality is better. “We visit Largo several times a year from Minnesota! We love this grocery store and the overall appearance and selection. The staff is friendly and deli subs are our favorite! Unplanned but also had the pleasure of picking up a prescription at the pharmacy. Unfortunately I didn't catch the pharmacist name but he was hands down super nice and helpful. I even called back next day with questions and he was very informative and took the time to explain everything in detail. Great customer service.”

“Love publix, I'm a Florida native so Pulblix is all I know. This particular location is one of my favorites. The deli, hot food section, and subway station is the BEST. SOUP is always hot and full. They are the quickest Publix when it comes to sandwich making. The deli section listens when I ask them to cut the meat thinly sliced. Of course, clean always, but the employees at this particular Publix ask you if you need anything. They are proactive, not reactive, especially in the seafood department, floral, and sandwich/ hot food area. This particular Publix is in a good spot. UPS is in walking distance, a Chase / Wells Fargo Bank; a Smash Burger, Panera Bread, Ace Hardware and of course Starbucks is all within walking distance. Just a great Publix, in a nice neighborhood that has alot to offer inside the store and in the entire complex”

I'm generally figuring out where things are in the store and I always end up where a store employee notices my confusion and guides me in the right direction. They are always polite and helpful. If I had any bad comment to make is that there never seems to be enough employees, cashiers in particular. I'm not sure if they are weeding them out and replacing with machines (self checkout) or what. Publix use to comment on how they cared about the employees and their employees own the stock in the store. Are they now partnering with IA instead of flesh and blood?”
