Tried to come here for live scan fingerprinting. The woman at the counter couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful. Thankfully I left and went to the ups in Seminole to have this completed with ease by a friendly and knowledgeable associate. Will never return to the st Pete beach location.

I went to the UPS store to do an Amazon return and was having some issues. I thought I had everything in line for the return, but I guess I didn't. The guy at the counter was great and helped me through the return and was great.

I have heard neighbors say they have had a bad experience at this store, but I have always had good service there - until today. The guy I talked to was so rude and condescending. No more sending by UPS for me.

Steve the manager notarized, scanned, witnessed signatures, overnighted mortgage docs for us. Took a tremendous amount of stress away. We are grateful. Eric had helped me Saturday and then again today! These guys work hard and are so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you all again.

Steve the store manager was great! Very helpful in making sure our vacation treasures get to our homes safely. This store is in a very convenient location, next door to Publix.

This is a convenient location and Arik is a very nice and welcoming employee. The manager seems a bit miffed at times. But maybe it is because the store doesn’t make money if you use prepaid labels. So maybe I’m not his favorite customer for that reason or maybe he is just having a rough year
