Great example of government services: they just provide one mailbox for outgoing mail, but this mailbox is inside the locked building.

Refuse to deliver my package and lied and said I wasn't when I was. They close early on Saturday and make it impossible to pick up packages. They are a delivery service and they need to deliver. Very annoying.

I had a great experience with the manager of this location last Dec (2022) I should have written this review then. He was very kind and helped with a strange situation with getting a new key to our mailbox. I wish I could remember his name but it was friendly, professional service, much appreciated!

I have come to hear that there were some cars towed during Corey Ave Sunday Market.This is very disappointing to know, I know cars have been parking there on Sundays for this city event for a while. The post office is CLOSED, why would they need to park for any business related reason then?As for me, if I can’t get free parking to the market, I will not go and support local businesses. :/

Yesterday I visited the Quarry Avenue post office with a heavy heart. I was shipping my husband’s ashes. When I walked into the post office, I was greeted by Frances behind the counter. She was so kind and accommodating she made this impossible task doable. If there were awards given for kindness and outstanding customer service. Frances has my vote. Postal employees usually get a bad rap and that sad because the ones that I’ve encountered have been amazing. If you see this Frances, thank you, thank you thank you.

I hardly ever have a wait if I use the counter. It’s definitely a hit or miss on friendly staff.
