I work at a store in the plaza near Chase Bank. Allthro we don't use Chase as our bank we got into a problem and needed 2 rolls of quarters. The teller was very nice and helped us out. Thank you Chase bank.

Walked into the St. Pete Beach Branch this morning to set an appointment (an appointment no less) to get my Father-In-Law set up with an new account. After looking at me cross-eyed for a few seconds the lady at front desk advised me they were kind of busy (the place was empty) and that if I left my phone number one of their customer service officers would call me shortly. Never happened suffice to say. Not sure what this bank and it employees at this location and the one in St. Petersburg, by Tyrone do all day. Anyway, stay away from Chase as I believe they are now basically a zombie bank.

Mr John Cappel resolved some very pressing business issues I was having with my company account. This man deserves employee of the year! Very professional and attentive to his customers. Thank you!

Bank teller was unhelpful and didn't know if she could cash a stimulus check for a non customer. She didn't make the effort to try and ask management so she just said no and sent us away. We then had to call another chase farther away and they let us know that she was incorrect and it actually was acceptable so we went back inside and they cashed the check after finally calling for help. Sad that the first option was to just send us away instead of asking for help if they were unsure.

I was in need of obtaining a business account and made an appointment online with Joseph Belcastro. A bit after my scheduled time, a lady approached me and informed me that he wasn't in, she was unsure why he didn't cancel/reschedule but said he would be in later that afternoon. Unfortunately, nobody else was able to assist me. This location clearly doesn't value my time. My colleague has also had a similar experience at other locations and it's become quite clear Chase puts their needs & values before the customer. It's a shame customer service in FL isn't the same as the Midwest.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Helpful bankers who genuinely care about their customers. I am always VERY impressed with Chase employees; they are committed to superior customer service, answer all of my questions, address all of my concerns, and offer helpful advice. NOT ANY MORE!The above was mostly written by someone else and I fully 100% agreed UNTIL NOW. CHASE HAS SHUT THE DOOR (literally) ON THEIR EMPLOYEES AND LOCKED OUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I can't even open a new account or see my banker by appointment. I'm gone!

the rudest customer service experience ever. do not bank here. I'm currently trying to close my account and am getting belittled at every turn. I opened an account here for convenience sake. Huge mistake. run fast and far away.

Recently switched from Bank of America after 15 yrs b/c of multiple horrendous encounters at the Gulf Blvd location. I've had three in person visits to this Chase location first was not good but the other two were good 1. (Negative) Put a hold on a 1k check I tried to cash then deposit b/c I was a new customer. Wouldn't normally be an issue to wait a few days to access the funds but the county was just put under a stay at home order and I still hadn't received my debit card after two weeks of waiting so I had to take it to another bank that didn't want to cash b/c Chase had stamped it. I eventually got it squared away but it was way harder than it should and the young man wasn't friendly at all. 2. (Positive) Went back a day later to deposit the money from above and the drive-thru teller was friendly and fast. Still hadn't received my debit card 3. (Positive) Week 3 or 4 and still no debit card so I returned to the branch. The woman that helped me was very nice. She determined my account had the correct address but my card was sent to St Petersburg and not St Pete Beach. She rush a new one, waived the express fee and I had it in 2 days. The jury is still out but certainly 1000% better than Bank of America up the street

Went in as I do monthly to pay my rent with same info from landlord as always and have never had an issue at other Chase locations doing so and the teller Vicki was so angry and mean with belittling statements she made towards me because she wouldn't stop talking long enough to hear what I was saying. I will never go to this location again. Terrible customer service. I get someone having a bad day but she was just straight out aweful.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Helpful bankers who genuinely care about their customers. I am always VERY impressed with Chase employees; they are committed to superior customer service, answer all of my questions, address all of my concerns, and offer helpful advice. Although we now live in an "on-line" world, with Chase, you can walk into any branch, get counter service, or sit down privately with a banker for assistance. Yes, in January 2020, you can actually SIT DOWN WITH A PERSON, and have an "eye-to-eye" conversation about your finances.

worst customer service? they aren't trained in knowing that we the customers supply their paychecks. putting your investments or money in chase is like giving up ownership of your money! only one star for location!

Went in on a Saturday to withdraw cash for an event later that day. When we walked in, a young man greeted my wife and I, asked how he could help, and walked us to the counter. A couple minutes passed as he worked behind the desk to get us singles and fives. A couple more minutes passed. "I'm sorry. Our systems are down so we can't right now." So it was just a place to sit on a couch until I left without money. Luckily, they were nice, not super helpful.
