Food was great ! But the washroom was beyond gross. I am a truck driver so this is saying something…. I don’t know how they could possibly be ok with the washroom being this bad.IHOP corporate should look into this location.

Visited this location during a Saturday morning. It was crowded but Gary was very welcoming and helpful to get us a table, food and also a few activity sheets for the kids to keep them busy. He recommended a great selection of pancakes and waffles for us. The food and coffee were delicious. Definitely recommend this location when you are in the area

THE BEST Ihop I've ever been to. My family loves this place, we visit every time we're in St. Pete Beach, usually multiple times. Great food, great service, great friendly atmosphere. Hope they never change anything about this place!

Little cramped as this is a small location, but fun and friendly staff and plenty of pancakes. Carb up before a day on the beach!

Had a very good Bacon Omelet.... with short stack of buttermilk pancakes... coffee was very good as well and waitresses were very friendly and efficient... would eat here again.... price was good....
