I love Aeropostale and usually go there to shop, was on a family trip and was in the St. Pete area and decided to stop by. I was pleasantly surprised by the remarkable customer service!! The team was super energetic and welcoming!! Needless to say, I'll certainly be returning to shop here in the future.

I usually don’t shop in Aeropostale but my experience at this location was such a great surprise! Walking into the store I was met with such a welcoming atmosphere, especially Nelly, who went above and beyond to help me find everything I was looking for. You can feel they strive to have such a positive energy and they provided amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping here in the future!

Store is pretty stocked, kinda messy. Manager Nely was pushy about buying things and would not leave me alone while I was shopping, would not come back

Store is clean and well organized. It's a shame that customers miss it up. Go through the merchandise like vaulchers. It's all on the floor and trown in some other case. Stepped on and abused!! I was surprised how calmly the staff just picked it up and put it back where it belonged! KUDOS to the staff for their patience

They forgot to take the security tag off a pair of jeans. I didn’t notice until I was home. I called them and asked if their tags are specific to their store or if some place closer to my home could take it off. They told me anyone could take it off. I drove around for 3 hours trying to find a store that would take it off. With no luck, I finally drove all the way back to aero to have them remove it. I asked them for at least a little compensation considering the gas and time I’ve wasted because their employee didn’t take the security tag in the first place. They said no.I guess I’ll be double checking my purchases for security tags before I leave malls from now on, although I just wish that weren’t necessary. Why didn’t the door beep or something as I was leaving? Whatevs. Bogus. Bye.

Wasnt stocked with all sizes of thier merchandise, hard to buy anything at thier stores no matter what size , they want you to order online , what's the point of even having the stores

Karissa was a huge help to me! I was having a lot of trouble finding jeans that fit me and I just happened to wander into the store and she immediately helped me for over an hour finding four articles of clothing, best customer service ever! If she had not came up to me I probably would not have bought anything but because she did I spent over 100$! More employees should be like Karissa!

DO NOT order online from this store. They have lost three of my packages and have said they will refund me but it's been almost a month and nothing yet after three separate calls to their customer service. Extremely rude people on the phone and they keep telling me my packages are "lost". Just buy in store!!!

Dakota and Katie were so great to my son and me, my son is super picky and they were patient and very helpful. They actually got the boy some jeans he actually likes. Than goodness to tear wonderful ladies and their excellent customer service.
