I was disappointed by the customer service when inquiring about membership options. The response I received was judgmental and offensive, which is not what you’d expect when considering joining a new gym. This experience has led me to decide against becoming a member and I cannot recommend this facility to others. Good customer service is crucial, and unfortunately, it fell short here.

Im a disabled vet. Your car can be tolled while you are working out or inbetween workouts at this location.I came to this gym to work out. My contacts where itchy. So I went into restroom to take them out and sat in my car on youtube while waiting. I was shooken by a LOUD rumbling. Tow guy had my car linked up. I panicked and turned my car on. He said "no overnight parking. You using facility." What? I was literally in the gym earlier. This means unless the manager or one of the three people inside said my car was empty your car can be tolled away while you are working out. Excuse me for wanting to drive home safely instead of causing an accident that could have resulted in someones end.Feb. Edit. I didnt see my review online on a signed out account. I wonder if some other 1stars dissapeared

When I initially signed up, I was told and reassured my contract was month to month. After a few months I decided to cancel and was told I was signed for a year. The woman I spoke to then told me I could freeze for 6 months at a time and after a year, I could cancel because those months would count toward my contract. After a year, I went to cancel and found out that wasn’t true and I had been lied to again. A few months went by and they called mid Dec that my CC didn’t go through. I said I had been out of town and have been struggling canceling my account. She said if I gave her a new card she would cancel my account over the phone. The next week I started getting emails and calls saying my account t was overdue. Due to the holidays, no one was staffed and I couldn’t get through. I spoke to someone at the branch Jan 5th who told me her hands were tied and that I needed to reach the owner, Mike Murphy. However, I’ve called and left messages with no return. Corporate said it’s up to the branch but u can’t get in touch with anyone. It is very difficult to get in touch with limited staff hours. Sketchy business practices!!

Not a lot of machines or doubles of any besides the treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. It is quiet, clean, and it gets the job done. Has a few cable systems, free weights, and unit with pull-up bars, TRX suspension trainers, heavy bag, and more. If you take it as it is, it’s not too shabby!

We have used this AF location several times as visiting members. We love that it’s never crowded and it’s always very, very clean. The equipment is in good shape. We always look forward to training here again.

The gym is small but clean, well maintained, and the equipment is up to date. I was a member for five years and never had any problems. The staff, when on site, was always courteous.I docked my rating two stars, because I believe the process of leaving a gym should be as simple and easy as the process to join. I found another gym I wanted to join, and left a voice message with Anytime that I wanted to terminate my membership. The call was never returned. I called again several weeks later, leaving a message but not saying I planned to terminate. That message was returned on a Thursday, but I was told I had to come in to sign papers to terminate, and I could only do this when the gym was staffed which was Monday through Wednesday daytime hours. When I was finally able to make it into the gym the following week, I was told I would be charged an additional month’s fees in three weeks because I didn’t give 30 days notice. Really? In short, the gym is fine, but communication and customer service is lacking.

I grabbed a free 1 week trial online and received a text asking when I wanted to come in and check the place out. (I believe her name was Stacey). I stopped by and was greeted at the door by a very cheerful woman who I assume was Stacey. She showed me all the amenities and within 10min I knew this was the spot for me. I just moved down to T.I. from Boston and needed a 24/hr gym. This place has everything I need, it's clean, never crowded and the staff is A+

AVOID AT ALL COST! the previous manager, Jason, was great and I loved this gym! He signed me up for a year, seasonal contract which I paid up front. I would email him when I was in town (my primary residence is not in Florida) and he would activate my account. I would then Email him when i was leaving town and he would deactivate my account. The new manager, Keara, is unprofessional and rude! She acted irritated when I contacted her on the phone to activate my account when I was in town but she reluctantly did it. I then asked her to deactivate when I was leaving town and I guess she did not do that. Fast forward, I am back i town and called her to activate my account and she told me it had expired while I was gone. I tried to explain to her that she must have forgot to deactivate my account and she rudely just kept talking over me and told me that it was expired. She then hung up on me! Completely unprofessional and rude! I truly do not know how this person has a job dealing with the general public. The owner must not care because I have seen several recent bad reviews stating issues with this new manager! I have a contract stating that I have a SEASONAL activation in writing so I could go after them Legally if I wanted but it is not worth it. I would be miserable being around this person! Too bad that such a great gym can go from best to worst because of one person!

Whitney Godbolt, massage therapist inside Anytime Fitness is absolutely amazing ! It was a nice surprise finding her & if we lived there we’d be a regular customer of hers. Great job owners of Anytime Fitness for placing her in the right spot for your customers and visiting customers!!

My ratings have been consistently a five star rating. Keara Kersey does a great job managing the facility. However for the past few months the gym has been warm. I go at 5 A.M. so I can’t imagine the heat factor as the day gets hotter. I go Monday through Friday. I was out of town the past few days. The note on the door last Wednesday was the same verbiage that they were coming on Thursday. Walking in this morning the note was gone but when I walked in the temperature had gone from uncomfortable to miserable. It was not functioning and the thermostat indicated 83 degrees. The overhead fans provided some circulation fortunately. When we joined we were impressed with the cleanliness and safety materials for personal protection. Not sure of the delay in fixing the problem but I’m in the logistics field and equipment can be obtained in a fairly short time frame in most cases. My rating will go back to five when it once again becomes enjoyable to use the gym.

DO NOT SIGN HERE!! Worst customer service. Unable to come in to cancel spoke with 3 different people over a 9 month process to get this done and never was taken care of. Had to keep calling every couple of months to reverse the charges and the someone was going to get back with me and never does. Now with a new manger that is very unsympathetic and not wiling to work anything out. Now being billed for the maintenance fees and the bill for the last draft. And keep in mind this is for two accounts. The gym was nice but when we are back i will pay more just to go somewhere else.

Nothing special about the gym or the equipment. As others have said, it's fine while you want to use your membership but good luck if you ever need to cancel! After using it for three months, I decided to cancel because I was moving and wouldn't be anywhere near an anytime and didn't know when I would be next. They communicate via text messages that go to their email, so unfortunately I don't have record of my "written request" as my texts automatically delete after some time but I got a response and everything was all set! They require a 30 day notice before you can cancel, so I knew I was going to have to pay an extra month- didn't think twice when I saw another charge on my credit card statement. However, now I have been charged for three extra months and an "enhancement fee" that I'm sure was in the fine print that I was rushed through when I signed up ($155 total). There's a new manager who was entirely unhelpful, only said that there's no record of my request to cancel and she can't do anything about it because the other manager doesn't work there anymore. Even less helpful is their corporate hotline that deals with billing and customer satisfaction. I am STILL in the process of trying to cancel my membership, I have sent photos of my lease agreement and national grid bills and my request is "under review." Sorry for the negative rant, but just a heads up to not sign up here unless you're ok with monthly payments for the rest of your life
