We have been so happy with our heatpump in the 7yrs we've owned it. In the times we've had to have it serviced the experience was seamless our technical Service rep Harry Rodriguez is very competent and very knowledgeable.

Tom Little serviced our AquaCal pool heater this morning and I could not be happier with the service and his professionalism. Tom took the time to describe the repair and the parts used and shared very useful information about our heater unit.
