The worst retail experience I think I have ever received as a consumer, the manager actually accused me of "stealing phones" simply because my phone was stolen the first month I had service and I dropped and broke my screen the second month. She stated this in front of the other ATT employees in the store and asked me to leave. She then threatened to call the police when I defended myself verbally from such ludicrous accusations. Take your business to a Corporate ATT location. I don't see how this location stays in business with such behavior from the store Manager.

We bought two new I phones 16 in Sept 2025 . The sales lady said that we get two new “ free I pads “. I was literally very specific with her that I don’t want new IPads unless it is FREE . She told us that it is FREE ! Then , came the bill , we have $30.75 monthly service charge whether we use the I pads or not . I called AT&T customer service and told them our predicament . I was told to go back to that very specific stores and may return it and therefore they should honor it even though it is 3 months past already since they have given us wrong information . We went to this particular store on 66th St St. Petersburg , we explained it to the sales lady , she gave us a very non chalant attitude , cold and very non engaging . Her name is Ashley . She said the only way we could take out the monthly cellular charge for each I pads($30.75) is to pay the two iPads , a total of $944.00 , for two I pads that we didn’t even use at all ! Do not go to this place , they are misleading , will sell you anything and if you go back to questions them ,they become nasty . Customer service is the worst by far .

Jen doesn’t want to do her job and therefore not helpful at all. She says she’s not customer service but an authorized dealer. What a joke.

I visited the this AT&T store on December 2 at 10 AM, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member was not only rude and super snappy, but she also seemed to be in a bad mood, claiming her coffee hadn’t kicked in yet. She appeared unsure of how to assist us, and when we tried to explain our needs multiple times, she became frustrated and kicked us out, threatening to call the police if we didn’t leave. We had just spent $1,300 on a new iPhone, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. To make matters worse, she spoke poorly about her past coworkers, implying they did a bad job while she was actually performing much worse. I witnessed her treating another customer before us similarly, and the customer after us also left frustrated. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve had much better experiences in the past at this store, which has a great location.

The girl was a little rude at first and then she realized and changed her attitude just because we couldn't communicate well in English...

Normally I come and only deal with Navisa, I came in on the 18th for an exchange and dealt with Trinity the process took hours, also I was not happy with the experience!

Terrible customer service experience. Waited for over an hour to be helped, only to find out they don’t even have the Apple phone in stock. What’s the point of having a store front if you don’t have the phone in stock? Also, I would expect a representative to ask our needs instead of making them sit there for an hour for nothing.

This ATT store is horrible. Overbilled me on two business lines with an outright lie. Called to try to resolve and they will not do anything on the phone! Pretty funny as they are a communications company! The lady [sic], (Navissa) sent me a text 2 days after I left the store and told me I owed them money and threatened to blacklist my new phone I had just paid for. Set my phone up with an old sim card that is unrecognized by Google Apps preventing me from downloading any apps or updates. Ask for manager and she will neither give a name or number for the manager. Very rude female (same) who answered the phone would not give employee id or name either. Finally reached District Regional Manager Andrew Hall. Will see what happens. If you like being bamboozled then ghosted, this is your store. The lady, (Navissa) who I have identified now has had several poor reviews and has her name forwarded to the Regional Manager. She is plain horrible. She reminds me of a certain lady under scrutiny as a small town manager in Illinois currently.

Customer service here is absolute trash, the girl working there was agitated she had to explain to me their current promotions for upgrading your phone. So sorry I want to hear what you have to offer and pick the option that best suits me instead of just buying the most expensive phone you have. I came in here 4 months ago when their system was down and the same girl was just as short and rude then as well. I was in and out of that store in under 3 minutes both times. Needless to say I won’t be going back in a 3rd time… maybe I should switch carriers as well and just be done with ATT…

The woman who claimed she was the manager (Navisa) there didn't ask me what size band I wanted for an Apple Watch. When I received it, she had ordered me the M/L band. I called to ask what I could do because she didn't order the right size and she said I needed to pay to restock the watch and pay sales tax on a new watch. When I expressed that frustrated me, she became rude and I asked for the manager. She claimed she was the manager and then said "bye". I called again asking for her name and she hung up again. She was also extremely rude to an older man who came in the day I was there and has zero patience for anyone.

Jennifer - the woman who assisted me was very cold and rude. Bad customer service. Worst customer service experience I’ve had at an at&t store. No excuse to talk to customers like this. I wasn’t combative at all. I dialed 611 for further assistance and they told me what Jennifer told me was completely incorrect and they weren’t sure why she told me this. She was rude while she said it too. Never coming back to this store again

Awful place. Set up my account incorrectly now I am just sitting here wasting time for no reason. Worst place ever!! She just left the room and has an Equality shirt on. LOL!
