Although the location is pretty good, I thought that the service was a little locking, very nice room, but the view wasn't the best, but what I thought was the worst thing was that when I entered the shower, there was no soap on the dispenser, totally unacceptable. The breakfast was mediocre ? at best.

Rooms are old and the bathrooms tiny, but it's clean and in a good location. The onsite gym has nice equipment - several treadmills and ellipticals. 1st Street Coffee is a nice little shop and serves Starbucks - their staff is so friendly and helpful!

We stayed over this past weekend and thourghly enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect, the streets are clean and area is very well manicured. Our room was clean and comfortable. The fridge could of been colder but that's the only negative and it's minor. Your staff from the front desk to the valet to the bartender, to the breakfast staff and the other members of your team around the hotel to help with any service needed were amazing. I work at a hotel and have for about 20 years. Your establishment is running like a well oiled machine in my view. Terrible catfish hotel. Do not book here there are cockroaches in the room. Bed bugs in the bed. Just nasty and disgusting. I can’t believe they tried to charge me $250 for a room at this nasty hotel. They do not have the hotel locked so homeless drug addicts can come onto the property easily and sleep. No security whatsoever. If you have children please look somewhere else because they will watch homeless people inject themselves with drugs if you stay here.

Gave this place second chance, not going back again. First time toilet and tub draining very slow, ankle high water while showering, wad of hair on tub ledge. Second time 2 hairs in tub and hair on toilet. Furniture dirty and old, in need of renovation, thought Hilton had better standards. Won't be back at this location. Complained first time, they added points my rewards program, didn't bother to even complain second time, will use points another location

I wasn't impressed by this Hilton. I'll start by saying service was not the issue, everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Everything else really missed the mark. Parking is a mess, basically you're forced to use valet because self parking areas are all public and don't allow overnight parking so account for that extra $40 night in your stay. Room we were put it had musty smell to it. I was also shocked to find a robe and a pair of underwear hanging from our bathroom door handle ? Housekeeping clearly skimped on our room! Also some guest friendly prices for your pantry items would be appreciated. I don't expect Walmart prices for a hotel convenience store but those prices were a bit ridiculous.

This property does not value its customers or Hilton Honors members to any decree.The front desk staff and management are completely out of touch with how to treat guests.Upon my arrival the elevators were inoperable, we were rushed out of our car by valet and we were unable to check in at 1230pm without paying an early check-in fee.Save yourself and stay at a Marriott property when visiting St. Pete - one that’s actually on the bay - because this property is not.

For the first time ever, we left personal items behind after departing for home. We realized quickly and called the hotel. After following a few hotel protocols, YOHANA, Director of Housekeeping stepped in. She found our items - one thing irreplaceable. She texted me! She went over and above trying to help, Thank you to the entire housekeeping department, as well. Lucy (from Germany?) and our housekeeper on the 14th floor in March also deserve a shout out for their professionalism and hard work.
