Its very hard to give a review, no fault to my service advisor Barbara did a great job. went in for a oil change leaving out needing a new battery. Got it installed I told them about my after market radio witch was in when i bought the truck now my controls on my steering wheel now is not working now I have to take it out some where to be repaired out of my pocket

Guys do shady things here. I went in to buy a car, and in the middle of the process someone was trying to take it to another dealership so they stopped them. I was approved for it and all already with what I had to put down and my trade in. Then all of a sudden they raised the price of money down I needed and tried their best to get me to not want to buy that car. I called about six times asking for the finance manager to call me back and no one ever reached out. If you’re looking for a used car from there, make sure the guys that work there Don’t try to pull a fast one on you. There’s definitely “inside “ side hustles that happen there. It’s one of those “it’s who you know “places.

The scheduling process is too automated. A real person would be more effective. Also there are certain days when certain mechanical specialists are available. For example the radio specialist was only there 2 days a week. If you do not know this when scheduling, you may drop your vehicle off to learn it has to sit for days until the specialist is in. Be sure to ask when you have a specific repair what days the specialist for that issue is in.

Bought a car from autonation Ford and Tom was great! We felt no pressure what so ever. He was very pleasant to work with. 3 months later we went back to Tom to get another vehicle. Tom, again helped us find and get us into something we could afford. The finance guys were excellent and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this place of your are looking for a vehicle.

I had an outstanding, haggle free experience at AutoNation Ford St. Pete. I worked with David in sales and Kyle in finance for a painless transaction that involved my trade-in for which I got an excellent price. I highly recommend this dealership.

The most incompetent service department ever. No communication, no follow through, and outright lies. I'll drive the extra 30 minutes to a different dealership for warranty work from now on.

I found my vehicle online at AutoNation Ford. I received a quick response from my inquiry and everything went down hill from there.Within a week the Check Engine and Emissions lights came on. I took it back to the dealership and they reset the warning lights without checking into why they went off. I drove the vehicle home and the next day the Check Engine and Emissions lights came back on.I took the vehicle back and they sent it over to their Honda dealership for review by a Certified Technician. The next day that technician sent me a video with a list of all that's wrong - apparently neither the 50 point or 125 point inspection they advertise on used vehicles was NOT done.They've had my vehicle for a couple of days now and when I called for a status, no one seems to know where the vehicle is.AutoNation Ford ends all their calls with "thank you for being a valued customer". Needless to say, THEY HAVE NOT TREATED ME LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER!!BUY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT AUTONATION FORD!!

Slimy bait and switch tactics.I reached out regarding a new F150 raptor.Spoke with Chelsie, and she sent me an email with details for a used 2023 raptor priced around 81k with 10k miles which seemed steep, and the new 2024 Raptor at around 82, or exactly MSRP, She told me over the phone that it was in transit and I could reserve it.I drove from Tampa, was met by another gentleman and was told Chelsie was not around. He proceeds to take me on a test drive of the used one, and I let him know that I’d prefer to buy the new one since the price was close.I was then told that the new one was actually sold, and even so, was sold at 10k over MSRP. I walked out, and have not had any sort of followup trying to earn my business, with no reply from “Chelsie”. I’m not even sure if she really exists.I’m not sure what they were expecting, to be honest. Would not recommend.

We have had our F150 Lightenting serviced several times at AutoNation in Saint Petersburg. They have a excellent end to end system for scheduling and keeping us abreast of the progress. We've worked with Sarah and Nicole as our Service Reps several times and they're very professional any responsive. Definitely recommend.
