Go elsewhere if you want customer service. My husband and I stopped here for motor oil.
We had trouble getting the cap off since my 70-year-old husband recently had hand surgery, and I wasn't strong enough. There were several workers in the store and no customers. I asked for help and the clerk said I could not use any of their tools. Eventually a stranger offered help. Go elsewhere rather than support this business.

Best service I’ve ever had at any auto shop. David B was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He changed my car battery swiftly and was helpful throughout the process.

There’s always something going on on how they can’t get you parts. Always soemthing when you order parts and they sit in there store for days at a time till you call and confirm that the parts arrived
The employees are rude they don’t care for there job or your cars parts.

Bob deserves a raise. Went above and beyond for help me fix my truck in the parking lot. He helped me get all the tools I needed, and showed respect for the shot tools he used on my truck. His advice also helped me get my truck started and avoid a tow!

Glenn was super amazing today! He helped us put the new battery in our car seamlessly. The placement of the battery was a bit further back, requiring a piece to be removed before the battery could be installed and Glenn did it all! Will definitely recommend and come back.

I went to Auto Zone today as I needed a new battery. The person that took care of my issue was Damaris at the 34th St N St Petersburg. Damaris was so amazing, she took her time to explain the different batteries and what one my car needed. I was totally amazed that she installed the battery and was so professional as I stood there and talked to her. Damaris made my day, I will be sending my family and friends to your Auto Zone.
