I called up and asked if they a battery for my motorcycle after 5 minutes. Employee gets on the phone oh yeah we got that.. I walk two miles to get there Only to have employee hand A battery that wouldn't fit Anything that I asked for... She proceeded to tell me she didn't answer the phone and she doesn't care.
Well OK, so you didn't answer the phone but you don't care. She proceeds to tell me That's right. I don't care... I took my old battery and went to battery and bulbs. Saved money and got the battery...These people at this autozone are a joke.... A polite way of saying you people are a bunch of e'fen morons...

Great AutoZone! The employee Luke helped me out today and I greatly appreciate it. He helped me shim the negative battery post on the new battery I bought there. Great service from him!

This is my local auto zone I've been going to for years. The managers are always helpful and knowledgeable. Last week the assistant manager Luke went above and beyond to help me out I'm truly appreciative!
