AutoZone was awesome in helping me get my battery situation handled, my battery died on me and there was an issue in looking me up in the system to get it changed under the warranty. Nathan and Gabriel were the best! They got me sorted and set up with a new battery!

Their customer service is great. One of the representatives didn't hesitate to check my battery and gave recommendations and orientation about my car's battery issue.

Honey was such a pleasure to deal with especially since im absolutely clueless when it comes to cars. Took her a minute to find the part i needed and was pleasant the entire time. I would have given up after about 4 minutes ? the part worked out wonderfully and if i ever need anything else i will be sure to shop here!!

Most likely won’t go back to Auto Zone again. Went to buy brake pads today and as I get home to take apart my brakes realize they gave me the wrong size.
The worker at this location didn’t ask what model or engine size my vehicle was and should have taken that as the first sign that they weren’t going to be right.
When I called Auto Zone to ask if they would be able to bring me the correct ones they said there are only 2 people working at this time so you will need to reassemble your brakes and drive back here to get you the right ones and we will make it right.
Didn’t know making it right was making me pay again for the brake pads rather then exchanging them and if I didn’t look it up online I still would have had been heading home with the wrong brake pads. The company needs to update their computer system to actually recommend the right products.

I used them for a battery. I use them for oil, chemicals, small things like that. With that said I own a Honda and here’s a tip. Do Not buy Duralast electrical parts or any other parts store brand! Why you ask? Let’s say your vehicle needs a “sensor” and you decide to buy a parts store brand because it’s $100 cheaper than OEM Honda. Get home put it on and problem solved. Or so you think… Now your vehicle has a new problem not quite the same. Check engine light on saying something different this time.
What really happened is let’s say Honda OEM sensor has a value of 1 2 3 4
Aftermarket has a value of 1 2 3 3
That small change will have you chasing “gremlins” that will end up costing more money and if you have to go to a shop for diagnostics you will probably be unhappy when someone like myself tells you the cost of fixing a problem that you thought you fixed in the first place.

I am pleased as punch. I found a part I needed on line but it wasn't a perfect fit. So I ask my local AutoZone. Of course they had the part but even better. I didn't need it. He came out to to see if the cap would fit. When he did, he found the original cap. He didn't make me feel like the idiot I was. He was Great. Thank you. I will always come here first
