I have been taking my cat to Banfield hospitals in other states for years and this one was by far the worst experience we have ever had. The Vet and Tech that saw my cat shouldn't be allowed to work with animals. It was very clear they don't care about what is the best approach, plan, and treatment for your animal. They were lazy with their care, harmful to my cat, and inconsiderate to both my cat and me. Their motives for "care" are what is the easiest for them that makes them the most money and ridiculous corporate policies. Coupled with this, the treatment of my cat and my were horrendous. If you care about your pet's wellbeing, please do not take them to Banfield.

Super friendly staff. We had Dr.Plummer for our visit and he is super friendly. Very informative. They even called the next day to check on my girl Bella and that made my heart very happy! They definitely care for their patients and fur babies.

Continuously tries to upsell you on "testing" when they have a record of recurring issues (ear infections or conjunctivitis). On a wellness plan and seem to always spending $50+ for unnecessary tests (they guilt trip you into testing or say they can't diagnose when other vets tend to not to do this). Definitely a franchise with a quota mindftame. Stick to private practices.

First time here and before even meeting the vet they were pushing their costs and plans for savings. Big turn off. It's about trusting the vet, and never met them. Then when it was time to see the vet, they said we had to stay in exam room while our puppies would be taken into the back to see the vet. I asked "why?" Then was told it was Covid procedure. The Covid lies are being exposed every day, yet this vet still employs Covid protocols that have been proven not to work. Their practice and procedures are based on lies. I will never trust my puppies with such dumbed down people. What else do they do here that is dumb? I only let smart educated and well informed into my professional circle. I highly suggest you never bring your pet here!!!

They lost the business of my aunt's animals a few months ago due to poor customer service, and now they've shown me why I should go to. If you make a mistake, it's okay. Just own it, fix it, and move on. Thats not what happened here:I politely asked them to make a spelling correction to a document they made that I will need when I move and I guess they were so bothered by it, that they had to make a point verbally and physically show that it was an inconvienience to them to correct their mistake. So much so, that when they corrected it, they underhandedly capitalized the corrected letters in the middle of my name. Hope you guys can find a way to be professional again. What a shame.

Very friendly staff, professional and kind to my pet. They answered all of the questions we had. They also treated our animal in their care with the most respect and kindness.10/10 would 100% recommend.

Vet is great, but Im way overdue on getting proof of rabies shot over to the county. They say they will send it but never do, I have to find time to go in person just to get a hard copy but thats easier said then done. Why not just say no from the start or at least after the 20th request? Im way too trusting but not really forgetful. I will never use Banfield again

Banfield can’t stop payments on your card if you don’t have authorization on that account. Bad service if you ever have to call them. Not worth the hassle, just go somewhere else.

The worst place you can take your loved animal. I had an appointment follow up after surgery. Booked two weeks in advance, they call me at 7 am in the morning to cancel because they booked too many people afterwards. They truly don’t care about your animal

All of the staff are so caring. I was really worried about anesthesia for my 10 year old (adopted) dog. They called me three times, before during and after procedure to let me know how she was. I will definitely take my Sissy back to this location ❤️

We've taken our dogs to five or six different locations over the years and this location is the best we have been to. The staff has been friendly and treated our fur babies well. When we had an emergency helped get us coordinated with an emergency vet that we could get into quickly. The doctor follows up after visits and answers our questions or concerns throughly.

Don't sign up for the care plan! If you forget to cancel it, they will automatically charge you for the next year and make you pay it in full. I signed up for it in 2021, and now I have to pay it in full until 2023.

I have been going to banfield for 7 years now. My 150 lb Newfoundland has had severe allergy problems his entire life. He scratches and itches until he cries so he’s been prescribed apoquel and has had the allergy shot a couple times. It is very expensive for his weight (115$/ month for apoquel, 200$/ month for shot), so I ordered apoquel through petmeds for the first time at a super discounted price (68$ for two months of apoquel). When they called the vet to get an approval my vet denied it without a visit. I would understand if it were not an allergy medicine or if he has never been on it before, but they know he needs it they just want me to jump though hoops to try to buy it though them. It’s already hard enough to get him to the vet because of how strong and big he is, but then they tried to tell me they can’t even see me for over a week. So now my dog just has to suffer because they can’t simply approve a medicine he’s been on and off of for YEARS NOW. Of course the doctor wasn’t available to call me back and speak to me either for 5 minutes. Unfortunately I moved and had to relocate to this office and it seems all they care about is their money. Going to a different further location that got me in much faster, hopefully they will have more concern for their patients well being than just the profit they will make.

I don't know whether you will post this without my name, There is something that happened. I'm not allowed to say what business was involved, and I won't. A doctor had taken out Buttercup's GOOD EYE INSTAD OF THE BAD EYE THAT THEY SAID COULDN"T BE REPAIRED! The EXCUSE GIVEN by the doctor was, "I just went by what my assistant said. I didn't check the file myself". Well. There you have it!

I don't think I've ever written a review before today. But i couldn't let this one go...... that place is the most heartless vet establishment I've ever been to. I had an appointment for my sick cat which was pushed from the afternoon to the morning because she is ill, my scheduled time was 8am (was told to get there between 8-9am the day before). well, little do I know there's a 15 min window you have (and I'm never late to things) to arrive or they will deny you, was never told this during any bookings at any Banfield establishments in the 4 years I've belonged there NOR did they mention that at my current appointment, nor do they have the decency to call to make sure i was showing up. So I get there a minute after the 15 min window and they deny our sick cat, and the heartless poor excuse for a human Amanda who works the front desk, did not have an ounce of remorse for what she told me, nor did they try to accommodate in any which way. they just said I could re-schedule for another dayDO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS DO THIS HOSPITAL, especially hand your animals to AMANDA, she could care less about the well being of your pet, nor do any of the vets there. the place is a complete joke, they all deserve to be pumping gasif I could give zero stars, that still wouldn't do it justice. take my word for it, do not go there you are wasting your time.
