Racist home loans. This bank offers no down payment loans to black and Spanish people special loans and not white people.

This was one of the last walk-in Bank of America banks in downtown St. Petersburg. I tried going in today and it said temporarily closed!! HOGWASHWithout prior warning or consideration for their customers, they closed this location leaving the thousands of customers in the downtown area, without a walk in location. The location on 38 th ave has an enormous waiting line! I can only imagine what it will be like now. There are some things you just can't do on line . I'm going to look for an alternative institute to do business with in the future. It's a shame because I have been a customer for over 15 years and the personnel in the branch next to Publix was outstanding! Don't waste your time going there.

I just want people to see how Bank of America treats its south side saint pete customers. This place hasn’t been cleaned in days. It’s completely disgusting and if this place was located on the north side this wouldn’t be the case. Shame on you Bank of AmericaUpdate: went back less than a week later to find that it was worse than before.

This Branch doesn't deserve any stars for their utter lack of service during the holidays and this horrible pandemic. I went in to withdraw the balance of my unemployment account only to be refused due to an expired license. (I live in LA and have not received my renewed license in the mail, due to the shutdown) I have a valid I.D. In the form of a Passport Card and they not only refused the amount I was trying to withdraw but reversed the transaction stating I had an expired license. Regardless of its expiration it still proves my identity as well as the valid passport card. I followed up by calling customer support and they informed me that a passport card is a valid I.D. The manager and the associate I dealt with need to be cognizant of how, during COVID, ppl without jobs need to have access to their money to pay their bills. Not to mention my dignity, I have no course of action other than to write my little rant and hope that someone with more authority can understand my frustrations and can correct this branches error for future patrons.

You can safely enter with your Bank of America Card at the door and the door will lock behind you. No-one else will come in unexpectedly...very nice area. This ATM is open 24/7 and Is well lit.
