This location never answers the phone. I have been calling for 2 days straight. Different times throughout the day and absolutely no one answered the phone. Is this branch closed? If they are open they are about to loose potential business for their unprofessionalism and neglect. If it’s this hard to reach someone at this branch then it would be impossible to reach them if I were an existing customer with an issue. Truly pathetic

Terrible experience. The bank does not respond even when I have a fraud claim. Can’t get a hold of anyone. I hope others see this review so they can steer clear and do business with a local bank that actually cares. Moving my accounts out. Can’t deal with the “non” customer service anymore.

We use this location for our change orders and some other banking needs from time to time. Meghan who works in the front is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The line can be long on certain days of the week, but that's understandable. We like everyone working there. Keep up the great job! ?

I aways receive excellent service with BofA. I would liked to give special recognition to Kenia. She was very helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed .Very professional and patient.

I had a great experience with this branch. Everyone is very nice and very helpful. Meghan was especially helpful with getting everything we needed done today.

Staff has nasty attitudes. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and asked to change the address on my Mom’s account. The teller (Kenia) was very rude and told us she couldn’t help us but we could make an appointment for another day. When I asked why we couldn’t change the address now, she got nasty. We were told that we needed to make an appointment and that the only person that could help was with a client. It was clear that she just wanted us to leave. The staff were discussing their days off and seemed uninterested in helping customers. Bad customer service and reason to change to another bank.

Staff is completely unhelpful on multiple occasions. We chose to use a different bank after they treated us like CROOKS for trying to cash a student aide disbursement check from Pinellas County School, that was written BY BANK OF AMERICA.

Very poor management, slow service...I asked about opening up one of the other lanes and they said they are non operational. Well if they are non operational then maybe they should make them ATMs. The manager said they had 3 tellers working...there was only one. I think it is time to pick a different bank.

Arrived at 4:35p on a Monday. Posted hours online and on lobby door state they are open until 5:00p. Doors were locked. Myself plus two other customers were turned away just in the few minutes I was there. Please update your posted hours to reflect when customers are allowed to bank with you.

14+ years as an Account Holder, Personal, Business, Credit Card, and the level of customer service regarding one singular wire transfer is unacceptable. 21 days to remedy....my money will no longer be held at BOA, ever again.

My experience was the worst yesterday at this institution. After entering the bank I waited for someone, when I was approached he asked how may help you, I explained my problem. Without using a computer he said that FHA hadn't paid them so they hadn't paid me, my problem with this was I am not purchasing a home i was trying understand why they hadn't release my funds when after contacting my financial institution that distributed the check said they had already released the funds to them. He never looked my account are anything, and the things he said sound rehearse
