I normally enjoy this store but some employees ruined it for me. I overheard one employee telling two other employees that a piece of furniture (maybe a small desk or accent table) was missing a screw. She told them there was another piece in the back that had all the screws, but to sell the defective one first, and if a customer noticed the screw missing then to “give them a 10% discount, I don’t care”… just seemed kinda icky and shady, and she was super abrasive about it. Definitely made me feel that they do not care about the customers at all. Why not just be honest and put the item on sale with 10% off to begin with? Or contact the manufacturer to replace the screw? Just unprofessional.

I like this outlet store. They have some excellent prices on brand-name clothing. The selection of women's handbags is very nice. It can be busy at times, and occasionally, clothes are not always in the right sizing section. I found some Egyptian beach towels at an excellent price. Right now, they have a great selection of bathing suits along with items for the beach. Check out was a breeze. I will definitely go back.

Really love the quality merchandise but disabled and difficult to make it to stores. Having to spend $89 before the free shipping threshold is steep. However, their everyday pricing and merchandise quality is great. Unfortunately, stores are frequently out of items listed on internet so customers are forced to shop online and either spend $100 or pay for shipping.
