BAIT AND SWITCH!! Ordered a dishwasher, paid extra because Best Buy said it would be delivered today. Yesterday they texted and said delivery was today 2-6. Today is here and now they pushed it back two days. I ONLY paid extra for a different dishwasher and ordered through Best Buy because of the delivery date. ADDITIONALLY try to get a human that actually works at the St Pete store by calling the posted number. The phone number is linked to their overseas call center. Shame on me for trying Best Buy again NEVER AGAIN. What a schlocky operation.

Save $80 over going to the T-Mobile store to get a phone. And the phones unlocked which it wouldn't have been from T-Mobile

Had an appointment at 1:40pm, finally at 2:00 they saw us to evaluate an iPhone. At the end, the diagnostic came back good although the stays hot after the update.

We've liked the ZVOX soundbars however when something goes wrong ( and it will ) and you need LIVE tech support - get ready to spend all your time emailing them and waiting 24 hours or more if it's the weekend , for a response that will likely NOT solve the issue as was the case with us . This company clearly targets hearing impaired customers of which the majority are seniors . ZVOX needs to recognize their customer base and re-instate LIVE customer tech support . They've lost my partner and I ( both seniors ) as customers forever and we'll definitely not be recommending this company to our friends and others .Go get a BOSE instead . They have live customer service for issues and several models for the hearing impaired .

I needed to call directly to the store as I lost my bankcard and that is the last place I used it. YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THE STORE, YOU GET DIRECTED TO A CALL CENTER! I'M SO SICK OF THE POOR COMMUNCATION PRACTICES BIG CORP IS PROVIDING!

Once you found a salesperson the experience was pleasant what was not pleasant was the constant security alarms going off on the devices in the store

Never have what is needed in stock. Always usually have to order online and wait.

Great experience friendly staff as well as knowledgeable must stop in to the Tyrone best buy. I think the company sends all there best associates to that location because that was the best best buy I have been in yet

Went in the store to buy an item that they showed had two online. I asked an associate if they could locate this item for me as it was one locked in a cabinet. Seven keys later to different storage cabinets, checking in the back, etc a total of 20 minutes and the associate could not find it. Their solution was for me to order the item online and come back in an hour for pickup. I asked how they will have it done and the associate said they will have to find it.He says she could have simply asked the people who take care of the online orders where this would be instead of me having to place the order online leave and then come back. I did place the order online left and then had to come back and got the item. I just didn't understand why I had to take that unnecessary step.

No problems ordering online, but I have been to this location twice and both times the store was poorly stocked and can't find anyone to help. I asked an employer about monitors and he just pointed over there. I ended up leaving buying elsewhere.

The reason why I will never buy another product from this store. On January 15th, I bought a 75" Sony tv that was "Open-Box Excellent" condition. I drove 35 minutes each way to the store to pick it up. When I got there on January 16th, the TV had scratches and no base stand. How this is excellent condition is beyond me. I didn't take it and said I will come back because I had my 3 children with me and couldn't go inside to talk to them. This wasn't even the worst part. I returned to the store on January 17th (today). The manager on duty said that she agreed it wasn't excellent condition and they shouldn't even be trying to sell this used product. On top of this, she said that I could use the difference for a new one with $50 off for the inconvenience, or cancel my order. I asked to get the product I bought online. She then said they are having system issues and her hands were tied. Not only did she disclose Best Buy corporate and the stores aren't talking together correctly but then would only offer $50 off a brand new TV, that would still cost $350 more than I paid. I've done a lot of business with Best Buy but this makes me rethink if this company is even capable of helping resolve a critical issue caused by their own software for people to buy items on.
