Went to store in St.Pete cashier rude and store dirty. Picked up several boxes all dirty. Left out with dirt on my clothes and hands.

When to buy velvet hangers, price was listed at $4 right directly underneath. I went to the register they charged me $10.99, which was on the bottom of the hangers that you could not see. The girl at the register didn't even inquire if I was correct! They can keep the six dollars if they needed that bad. Brutal store won't go back, customer service is a zero

Beware went into the store on 10/01/23 their A/C is not working. I feel so sorry for the employee who having to work in those conditions.

It’s rare I write a review about a department store but I just have to say the employees that work at this big lots are beyond sweet. Super helpful. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help me when I had a question or needed to find something. I feel like you just don’t find that nowadays. So I will def be back to this Big Lots.
