The gentleman in the Boost mobile store here today was incredibly NOT helpful at all whatsoever. I honestly felt like he did NOT want to work or do his job period. He could have helped me call Boost mobile and tell them my imei number and help me set up my phone but instead he refused to be helpful or offer me any type of customer service whatsoever and told me to call Boost mobile. Obviously I needed more help than what the phone call could offer and needed help setting up my phone in person. Very sad that this is the way disabled combat veterans of the us army are treated especially after identifying with the employee that I am in fact disabled and needed more help. If you are looking for any customer service help with boost mobile I would highly suggest to anyone to go to any boost mobile store other than this one. You will have more success calling Boost mobile phone number or visiting a different boost mobile store location this one. I will be switching my phone service provider to a different cell phone provider other than Boost mobile because after such terrible customer service it has made it literally impossible for me to use my boost mobile phone. Why would I pay for a phone I can't even use and can't get help from their employees to use my phone? The man working at the Boost mobile store tonight also old me that my phone was too old to use but when I called Boost mobile after myself bosst mobile told me that was NOT true. This gentleman just wanted to sell me a new phone rather than help me with my only 2 year old phone. I loved boost mobile and was a loyal customer of theirs for years until my expirience today.

Last Sunday I went to repair my iPhone, I went to a lot of stores around the area and non of them had the part to fix my iPhone then I entered this shop and they were able to fix my i phone with a incredible price.

I called on the phone to get some basic information about the IPhone and this guy, who is trying his best to speak english has a very thick accent and I dont hear really well on the phone, well instead of being patient, he says to me "You dont understand someone who is speaking english is what your problem is." Well needless to say, he wont be getting my business or anyone else I know either.! Rudeness wont get you customers
