New Owners really transformed this place! Very clean, amazing customer service, wide variety of vapes and smoke products, and cheap prices! My new go to spot for vapes and gas.

I was able to get some significantly cheap gas while seeing friendly attendants helping people and being all smiles. I didn't realize how special that was until after I left. Thanks!

Half the stuff isn't priced and the stuff that is, is extremely over priced. Go to wawa or 7-11.

I had the exact same experience as another reviewer when I recently gassed up at the BP Station at 9650 4 St N. I have been going to BP because of the excellent staff until recently. My recent visit to BP fell extremely short.

After 10 years of buying gas at this BP(& I kept buying BP gas even when the gulf oil spill was happening) I just got told off by a new employee that she "didn't like my attitude and she wouldn't serve me". It was the last thing I expected as all I did was pull in to the BP station on my scooter and hit the button to 'pay inside' like I've done for a decade. Even though she could see me from the counter she did nothing so I walked inside & asked her to hit the override button (just like all the other employees at this BP have done for me over a decade). She walked out to the pump with me looked at the pump then went back inside. She ignored me & did not assist me in any way after about four minutes I walked back inside to ask her to hit the override button. She told me she didn't like my attitude and wouldn't serve me and then said it was 'broken'. I said, could I give her some money to get gas but as I said that to her I realized I would be pandering to her ridiculous unprofessional attitude. So I left and filled up with gas at the Shell station down the street while sadly thinking about all the great other employees that cheerfully and professionally worked at that BP in the last decade. While it's true my scooter doesn't use much gas I also am a consultant advisor to a local business owner that runs a fleet of service vehicles and he says they will make it a corporate policy to not use BP gas anymore because of this rude non-professional employee (I think her name was Christine). BP, I'm so disappointed in your training policies that you cannot make new employees realize they are there to provide excellent friendly service to customers. I actually suspect she didn't know how to 'hit' the override at the cashier counter to allow the pump to run. It's too bad her first instinct was to use a defensive millennial attitude when I suspect in reality, she wasn't capable of admitting she didnt know how to assist me. If this new employee had admitted to that lack of knowledge, I would have cheerfully forgiven her and I would have happily given her the money in advance for the gas and then helped her become a better employee.

I stopped here because the gas prices were significantly cheaper than everywhere else. I NEVER use my card at the pump but for some reason, I decided to this day. My credit card number got hacked the next day. Its better to just go somewhere else and pay a couple more cents per gallon rather than having to go through the headache of someone making unauthorized purchases. I attempted to call them on 2 different phobe numbers to notify them, both numbers are disconnected. Figures!
