Purchased laptop from this store holds no charge as soon as unplugged dies called store spoke with Angela hung up on twice and told her that I did not buy the piece of mind plan so my sale was final so I guess it’s illegal to sell merchandise that doesn’t work nowadays. I wonder if I opened a business and sold a bunch of merchandise that did not work at all and sold it to the public. How long would it take for me to get arrested

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Cash America Pawn. I was completely ignored by the staff during my entire visit. When I finally managed to get someone's attention and inquire about an item, I was, immediately asked for my ID before even being shown the product. This felt unwelcoming and suspicious. The complete lack of customer service and the ID requirement to simply view merchandise made for a very negative experience. I will not be returning and would advise others to consider alternative pawn shops.

I made a deal on a firearm the other day and came back in to go through with that purchase deal and when I arrived I waited to be served at that side of the counter, they Continued to serve other people while I stood there still waiting, not happy with there service.

Hey tell you one thing and then change it on you two days later. Very shady with there practices. Be very careful and pay attention to the dates on your paper work and don't think you can do anything but talking on the phone not even a manager. They don't keep their promises

The manager here is racist Miranda she didn't wanna take my DEBIT card payment for a laptop that's been there since November with windows 8. Mike is a sweetheart and knows how to tell his customers politely that he cant do a deal while Miranda ignores you and runs to the back to avoid a sale. Horrible customer service. Mike should be the manager he knows how to deal with customers better that have a lot of questions and inquiries. He's very professional. All the laptops have old and outdated operating systems because the manager is too lazy to update them. Most don't even have chargers and she won't find one for them. It's empty no one shops here and I'm positive Miranda is the reason. She asked me was I paying cash or card three times and when I said you already asked me that she declined the sale altogether being a racist person. She may be kind of slow because her eyes are very close together.

Unprofessional. Three people working counter, each had a customer. I walk in and am the only one in line. Guy comes in behind me. When they are wrapping up their customers one guy asks me to take my stuff to the counter and someone would help me, as he takes the guy behind me. The other kid walks away and goes in back. The girl, I think her name was Miranda, goes and makes a phone call. So I picked up my stuff and left. Better shop down the road.
